The owners are wonderful people. It’s a very welcoming and encouraging environment that they are central in cultivating. The gym is clean, and there is enough equipment variety to suit the needs of most people. Great gym and would 100% recommend.
This location is great because they cater to everyone and offer a wide variety of equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The owner is present almost everyday and it shows in the quality of the gym.
This club has adequate room and equipment to get a quality workout. I prefer more free weights and I was happy with the racks and selection. This gym is above average compared to the many other facilities I've been to. I would enjoy working out here again.
The gym is in great condition and clean! Has all of the machines and space you could ask for, and not to leave out the amazing energetic and caring owners!
This is the first gym I've joined, and I definitely made the right decision. Friendly, wonderful, supportive staff, who are always ready to give help/advice when needed.
Great locally owned gym! Tyler and Taylor are great trainers and care about their clients and the community. Don't hesitate to give this gym a try, you'll love it.
The owners and staff are energetic and engage with their members. You can tell they want nothing but the best for anyone that walks through their doors. The facility itself is clean and has all the needed equipment to get great exercise. They have free weights, dumbbells, and machines. There is an area for cardio, strength building, and stretching. I would recommend this gym to anyone living near or around Sidney Ohio.
Great Gym, great people and environment. Looking forward to rejoining this upcoming fall while on co-op.
This place is my home away from home. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness and kindness.
It’s small but have most of the equipments needed for decent workouts.
