We change batteries and repair movements for most model watches. We can replace or repair most crystals, bracelets, clasps as well as the cases. Please come in or mail your watch for a complimentary estimate for repair. If your watch is to be shipped back to you, there is a nominal fee for shipping and handling of $15.

*Please use our repair form found in 'notes' or make sure to include your name, address, phone numbers, email address and the nature of the repair needed along with any information we may need to assess your timepiece.
*Please allow 1 week after we receive the watch to contact you with an estimate if the watch is not under warranty. You can then mail a check or provide VISA or MC information by phone or email.
*If your watch is to be shipped back to you, there is a nominal fee for shipping and handling of $15.
WARRANTY:
*Your warranty is void if you have had your watch opened by an unauthorized repair center, even for battery changes. The exterior of the watch is not covered by warranty. *Please read your full warranty information to determine whether you are covered. This information can also be found on the website of your watch brand.
*No warranty coverage is provided for auction and resale sites such as EBay and Quibids.
*A copy of the receipt or a warranty card stamped by an authorized retailer is required for all warranty work;
Please keep in mind that Swiss Army only covers purchases from specific web sites and Amazon is not included.
*For Ingersoll and Barbour warranty repairs, a $30.00 administrative fee in U.S. currency is required which includes the return shipping within the contiguous United States for Ingersoll and the United States and Canada for Barbour. Shipping outside this area will be charged to the customer. You may include a check or you may provide Visa or MC information on the repair form or by email or phone.
* Ingersoll warranties are covered on watches purchased in the US.
*Barbour warranties are covered for purchases within the U.S. and Canada.
* We will do our best to let you know we have received your watch if provided with a valid, legible email address.
