We provide assessment + follow-up services to individuals with speech, language, hearing, voice, fine motor, balance, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
At APEX Allied Health we know that communication goes far beyond saying words and sentences, and is vital to the life-long learning and well-being of everyone in our community. Our Speech-Language Pathologist (S-LP) works with children and adults of all ages to promote healthy development and effective communication skills, and to give those who have trouble hearing or speaking a voice.
We offer assessment and follow-up for:
- Speech Articulation and Motor Speech difficulties
- Difficulty with Language Comprehension and Expression
- Stuttering and Speech Fluency difficulties
- Difficulties with Social Language and Problem Solving
- Voice Problems
- Feeding and Swallowing difficulties and Picky Eating
- Difficulty with Auditory Processing and Phonological Awareness
- Difficulties with Reading and Writing
We also offer iPad-based Hearing Screenings for children and adults, and provide educational programs and seminars for parents, teachers, nursing staff, and other members of our community
