APEX Combat Sports

Walked in on a whim with no prior experience and found myself immediately hooked quite literally and figuratively. The environment is incredibly friendly and inclusive with all sorts of skill levels training at the gym; from competition fighters readying for their next bout, to more casual individuals looking for mental and physical health. Classes are well sized, always having a partner to run drills and pad work with, and often times multiple parters to spar with following the end of class. Everyone I’ve talked with, not limited to the instructors, has been incredibly helpful in explaining technique and offering constructive criticism. The atmosphere is professional and respectful, and is reverberated through the mentality of the students. All equipment is well maintained and top of the line, with plans for expansion in the works weight room, cage etc. To top it off, first time students attend for free with pads and gloves provided. If you been pondering the thought but haven’t committed to taking the leap, this is a great place to begin that journey.

They are great class you ever ask for. They’re great teacher. They’re willing to help you focus again. They don’t want you to stress yourself out. Amazing class. I would definitely bring my kids there. Great teacher. No one is perfect in life.

Great place to learn martial arts. Great gym that creates great sparring partners that work on techniques rather than brute strength. A+ gym culture.

I found Apex years ago and I was welcomed with open arms. Very friendly and inviting to all. The coaching staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Whether you want to be a fighter or casually train all are welcome and if you do have fighting aspirations you won’t find a better group of people anywhere around. I’ve built many strong bonds with coach’s and students, I wouldn’t trade this gym for anywhere else. On top of everything else the prices are very reasonable. I recommend trying it out no matter what your goals. Give it a chance and give it time and you will be amazed at what you discover here.

Been training at APEX for years now. The coaches are very knowledgeable, the environment is welcoming,and everyone is always willing to help. Been to a few academies in the area and I find this one to be the best. There's never a shortage of training partners and the work you get there is phenomenal. Very glad that I found my forever gym

Great gym and staff, usually one of the only southpaws being taught during boxing classes and they always go out of their way to help explain concepts to me to make sure I understand. Class size varies but whoever is teaching that day always manages to make everyone feel comfortable and included.

I trained with these guys years ago and had an amazing experience. So, when my 13 year old son recently expressed an interest in boxing, I knew APEX was the place to go. He’s been enrolled for a few months now and it’s been nothing but positive experiences for him. His confidence as well as overall mood and energy have improved significantly. He is definitely learning and improving with each class, too. Thanks APEX!

Everything from the coaches, the system and the teammates here are nothing short of amazing! Best gym in the area! Very lucky to have this gym in our community! 10/10
