We provide a variety of strength and cardio equipment so the novice as well as the seasoned body builder or fitness enthusiast can get the workout they desire. We strive to keep membership rates low and quality of service high.

Apex Gym & Fitness is a family owned and operated 24/7 access gym conveniently located in the heart of the Tricities in Kingsport, TN. We are a small no frills, no gimmicks gym—no juice bars, no salesmen, and above all- no hassles. We offer a clean, safe, respectful environment for individuals to come workout and train. We have a full line of commercial equipment from some of the top manufacturers, including Legend Fitness, Hammer Strength, Body Masters, Power Lift, Iron Grip and several others. We have urethane rubber dumbbells from 5-150 lbs, several Olympic benches, racks, pin select and plate load machines, bumper plates, over five thousand pounds of Olympic plates, treadmills, ellipticals, a 50’ carpeted functional training area, and several pieces of sport specific training equipment perfect for young athletes. Whatever your age, ability, or your goals--we want to provide you the tools and the means to achieve and maintain the new you.
