Refs were very bias and allowed opponents to wear unmarkered “sweaters”. Cost to pay is low, but very unsportsmanlike refs so not worth the time and effort. Would recommend spending your teams money on a more professional experience.
Nice soccer complex that my kid went to for a camp. Clean and friendly, informative staff!
Man this place could be so much better. The turf is nice. Thats about where my positives end, unfortunately. The communication between staff and teams is very poor. Schedules get changed and you are not notified. Refs are not properly trained and most of the time can care less there is one guy who is a solid ref but I do not know his name. Perhaps my biggest frustration is the lack of monitoring rosters. Look, I play in the division 6 co-ed league. I know my place. I am not a soccer star. The frustrating thing about this is the ridiculous "membership fee" that APEX makes you pay prior to the season only to not monitor the rosters at all. Multiple, MULTIPLE times each season a team we are playing will just bring on a few ringers from the sidelines to join their team when they get behind or tired. Look- if you want to make it to where someone playing in D-3 or whatever can also play on a d-6 co-ed league that's fine, but don't charge the ridiculous membership fee if I or anyone else can just hop on the field at any time and join another team. The first season I played here they at least had you check in and get a wrist band. This season they have not provided any wrist bands at all. So literally anyone can just run on the field and the refs could care less to investigate. My solution is maybe use that membership fee and make some sort of ID and have refs check them before the game. But, what do I know. Lastly- there have been multiple occurrences with hot-headed players dropping curse words and I bring my kids to these games well- I used to, but do not any more because of this issue. No one cares. Again- this place has a lot of potential, but I guess they are bringing in enough money to not care. This is most likely my last season and its a shame because I enjoy playing with my friends but this place just simply doesn't deserve the business.
Very rude and disrespectful person running the front desk
Apex is home, we love playing there. We have plenty of our youth teams train and play games at Apex. The facility is great, the turf is great. We always appreciate what apex is doing here in the Mansfield area for indoor soccer!
Used to be an awesome place back in the day, but it has changed a lot. Unfriendly and unorganized staff. They change your game schedule multiple times without notifying you, so you have to make sure you look at your schedule multiple times every week. The owner, Eddie, could care less about any issues/concerns you might have. For how expensive it is to play here you would think it would be better ran, and a lot more professional.
Staffs are always rude, grumpy, arrogant and don't want to be there. Referees are horrible, self centered, rude, biased and couldn't care less. The cost to play there a season is costly to put up with ill-mannered staff and referees. Phones don't get answered, emails don't get responded, you can explain your issues with staff and management but to zero resolutions. A huge amount of favoritism takes place with certain players, teams with staff and management. To the amount of bad reviews on google and Facebook, Apex has done nothing to improve their bad reputation, in fact it has gone below from the level I began playing here. The manager, Eddie is hardly there, probably seen him a handful of times. They pick and chose what rules applies to suit their needs to apply to individuals. I am not the only one with bad experiences here. Everyone who I speak to comes here to enjoy and have a good time but most of us leave upset and frustrated. Management needs to change.
Biased refs and management just had enough of this place been playing here for so long and it’s always the issue about time I leave a review. Juan thinks he owns the place and has absolutely no respect for anyone he throws a power trip and is a pathetic ref. Apparently he is Eddie’s favorite so he can do whatever he wants. This place won’t last long with the way they loosing teams I am just surprised how they are still in business.Eddie is never around. Ran 4 teams out of this place now seriously hating it here. Absolutely horrible customer service. Look else where to play indoor soccer.
"Winning with Honor and Losing with Integrity" This is what Coach Mary has taught her players. Unfortunately, there are individuals too willing to shed the tenets of honor and integrity. Either it's because they are consumed with winning at all costs or they simply can't deal with losing. Speaking of Coach Mary, she is the best of the best! Parents, please don't let bad reviews stop you from joining P1 Beach Volleyball. Come check it out and rate it yourself.
New turf is nice. Good sight lines from stands. Temperature always feels good inside. Staff needs to work on communication. Teams don't always know when there is a game. They do work with you when there is an issue. Getting better. Overall a good place for soccer. Good sand volleyball court too.
