I began my fitness journey with Joel Eshelman through Apex Personal Training in May 2015. I was hesitant at first thinking do I have the right motivation to change my lifestyle and are my goals even obtainable. 6 months later I have lost roughly 60 lbs. and shed countless inches. I have to say, Apex Personal Training has changed my life! This hasn't come easy but through hard work, determination, and perseverance I have turn my life around and made a significant change. I couldn’t have started this journey without Joel and his knowledge around fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Joel holds you accountable and pushes you to better yourself. Through his training style and the relationships he builds, Joel has unbelievable dedication to his clients. With the help of Joel’s creative training the gym is no longer a chore for me! The best part of this lifestyle shift is Joel introduced me to a nutritional system that has changed the way I look at food. I have tried everything from Weight Watchers to Atkins but Isagenix has taught me to make healthy food choices. Since introducing me to this nutritional system I have seen a significant shift in my energy, health, and confidence. Without Apex Personal Training this lifestyle change wouldn’t have been accomplished. I am proud of the unbelievable results Joel has helped me achieve and I look forward to continuing my health and fitness journey with Apex Personal Training.
Joel at apex personal training is a great trainer! I have "loved" every minute of my time there!
