Through my career as a flight attendant and my love for travel, I have seen and experienced many cities and countries. And, there is no place like home. Tampa first became home to my family in the 1940s when the railroad brought my grandparents to the area from southern Georgia. I have a great love for Tampa and the Tampa Bay area. I grew up with this city and because of my father’s career, as a tower crane operator, I remember the construction of some of the first high rises on Bayshore Blvd., The Florida Aquarium, and the skyscrapers shaping downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg.
My interest in real estate started at an early age as my family actively bought and sold investment properties throughout Tampa. This interest carried over into my adult life. After graduating from the University of South Florida, I went to work for the Pinellas County Housing Authority. I worked directly with the Executive Office on projects relating to Public Housing, Section 8 and Affordable Housing. I left the housing industry when I was accepted into Flight Attendant training with Southwest Airlines. I have had the opportunity to work with and serve people under many types of circumstances and from all different cultures and backgrounds. I value the importance of communication and customer service, especially in business.
My continued enthusiasm for real estate and high standards of customer service, brought me to Keller Williams. I pride myself on being able to think outside of the box. I have a good eye for decorating/design and am able to see potential in properties. Having recently undergone a home renovation, I have firsthand experience and numerous contacts relating to home improvements.
