"Tradition, Italian, and Family: these are the foundation of Apolloni Vineyards and winemaking. The Apolloni family’s Italian roots originate in the Arezzo region of Tuscany, Italy, encompassing a winemaking tradition dating back over 150 years. Alfredo’s Italian roots have a strong influence on his winemaking style and attention to detail. The wines of Apolloni Vineyards represent the roots of Italian tradition, brought to the soil of Oregon, with quality of excellence in viticulture.Alfredo and his wife Laurine purchased the original vineyard in 1999, which now totals 90 acres. Apolloni Vineyards produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc as well as Sangiovese and Nebbiolo from the Estate."

Went to this lovely vineyard on a whim with our adult son. We cannot say enough great things! Spencer was wonderful and was happy to give us all the details on the owners and the history of the vineyard. The Old Vine White wine we had was delicious! We not only took home a bottle, we also bought some of the fabulous local olive oils they had on hand. Fantastic! The setting is lovely and there’s plenty of outdoor seating. And in a funny twist of fate, the background of the owners—the husband from italy and the wife Indiana—mirrors my own background. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon! We will definitely be back!!
Great wines, wonderful service! Our friends are members here and invited us to their pickup party/Easter egg hunt. With two toddlers in tow, you never know how wine tasting will go, but the Italian family hospitality never fails! In fact there were many families with younger children. The wine was wonderful and we enjoyed the range of varietals! Their charcuterie board is it of this world, so yummy! Spencer, our server, was very knowledge and polite. We love to hear about the winemaking process behind each wine. Often with children present, servers respectfully hurry their presentation, effectively skipping the winemaking portion. But Spencer patiently explained the fun details about how they make some of their Italian wines and it was everything we wanted!
When I turned 30 my gift to myself was a membership here, and I’ve never looked back. It’s beautiful, and the wine is delicious, and everyone especially Spencer is really fun and friendly. It’s a good vibe!
Apolloni is simply spectacular. I hosted an alumni event here for the OSU College of Business with roughly 60 attendees and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. From a planning perspective, the communication from Spencer, the tasting room manager, was easy and consistent from the very beginning. He truly went above and beyond in recommending food options we LOVED the Ash Pizza food truck and curating wines to serve at the event. He even offered our guests a tour of their onsite wine cave! Kyla also worked our event and was warm and welcoming to our guests. Overall, the location is stunning, the staff is delightful, the bocce court is beautiful, and the wine is absolutely delicious!
There weren't ANY wines we didn't like, and that's an accomplishment because we're particular in our tastes. The wines are all very well balanced and nicely aged, nothing raw or young. The added touches of the charcuterie and the barkuterie boards were delicious. Our pup really enjoyed his snacks while we enjoyed our wines and snacks too!
Apolloni Vineyards is our favorite winery in the north Willamette wine region. They have superb Italian style wines in a beautiful pastoral setting. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable and really get to know their patrons. They frequently have fun events so check their calendar. For us, this is our favorite way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. Come out for an afternoon yourself and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. You won’t be disappointed.
Been a member here for a long while and love it! While "tasting" people have changed over time, the consistency has not. The owners are good "pickers" finding the right people at the right time. Let's not forget the wine- I am a huge Italian wine fan so the Sangiovese remains my fav. As well, the sparkling they are producing is not to be missed! Then there is the ambiance for inside and outside, bocce ball court seating is my favorite. And their dog welcoming environment makes my day- Thanks!
This was our first visit to Apolloni Vineyards, only because it's a bit farther west from PDX than most other N. Willamette wineries, but worth the drive. Very friendly staff and some really good wines. They produce some good Pinot Noir and the Pinot Blanc was excellent, but it's the Italian wines they produce that make them unique. Aside from a couple of wineries in Walla Walla, very few Oregon wineries produce any Italian varietals. Try the Soleggio, a Sangiovese blend, it's fantastic.
Our family has loved Apolloni for years. The beautiful setting, the scrumptious wines and the friendly atmosphere are what keeps drawing us back. Apolloni is a little Italian oasis in the NW!
Always a fun and relaxing time at Appolloni. Friendly staff making guests feel welcome. Food choices are great and the special events are great.
