Horrible service. A shop assistant’s first and only answer to our first question “how much is this watch” was: are you going to purchase this watch now? Since we answered “no”, he rudely opened a page on a screen and left us showing that he had no interest in visitors who just asking, no purchasing. We had further questions about the watch though, but who cares?
Came today to pick up my watch, which i ordered when launched. After receiving it, i asked if he could help me check for a case in stock to the new iphone. But the employee "guy with a pink hair" , told me to go back to the line and wait so i can ask my question. Why would i wait again, if i already waited in line and just because i had already got my item and wanted to ask a simple question, i had to go back to the end of line? Ridiculous attitude and customer service from him, "guy with pink hair". Will consider going to another store just for service
This is the best service Apple store I have ever been to. I ordered my mobile phone online. I went to the store and the staff quickly helped me get it. Everyone was very warm and friendly.
This 1 star review is for “Manager” ELIZABETH at the Brea Mall location. She was no help what so ever , Gave me the run around and made a pick up order last over 1 hour over non sense. Apple support had no idea why she was delaying our order to the point Apple support was calling the store to get answers because her excuses made no sense. She should definitely get retrained on how to process an online order or maybe just stay at home and call in sick if you are not trying to work and do your job of giving support to paying customers. I didn’t know someone can make an online order pick up last over 1 hour and I will be thinking twice now before placing a order for pick up at the Brea thanks to ELIZABETH the worst customer service
Terrible customer service. I arrived at 7:40 and had a question regarding a recent purchase for $1200 and it didn’t work. The guy named Bob kept telling me we are closing soon, we are closing soon. 15-20 mins is a long time to help a customer and not brush off. Unfortunately, apple we used to know with amazing customer service is no more. Higher prices, less stuff in the package no charger adapter, no headphones and terrible customer service on top.
Poor customer service. I went in to get the Airpods Max and was asking an associate if the feature that plays background noise was on the iPhone or the Airpods Max. I knew it has to be one of the two because last time I came to this Apple store and tried the Airpods Max, I discovered the feature, but on that day, I didn't remember how to turn on the background noise again. She replied to me that there is no such feature and the only way that I could turn on background noises like rain and ocean sounds is to get into the Apple music app and find an audio that has rain or ocean sound. Literally, she made me feel like I was stupid enough not to know that I could play an audio of rain sounds. She insisted that there was no such background noise feature and did not listen to my input that it could be because last time I was able to turn it on. She went to other associates to ask and returned to me with an attitude that she was not wrong overall. She was teaching me that the feature is for people with hearing problems. Could I just turn the rain sound on and focus on my studying? Obviously, she was trying to show that she knows things more than a customer. All I could ask for is just her listening to me and telling me she would check with other associates if Apple has the background noise feature. I don't know if there is any side of her that didn't want to listen to me because I am Asian and she assumed I knew nothing and didn't understand her language. I am always a fan of Apple, and I truly wants Apple to be the best from product quality to customer service. So, some more trainings should be done in customer service. Hope anyone who will be visiting this store won't have to feel the same way I did.
Horrible service, they don’t try to come up with service option for you and try to squeeze anything you can out of you. Went in for a battery repair and was told my display “may” not work after. That’s really confusing to hear given it’s working now. Avoid going to the Genius Bar at this location. Spoke to a manager about the issue and recent Apple care coverage and he didn’t want to listen to me, get off your high horse. Called AppleCare and they were able to set me up with service options and took care of me.
I’ve had Apple phone since 2008 and it has been great ever since!
Even though I had to wait two and a half hours, Vanessa took care of me as if I was the only person that was at that store. I went in with my daughter's MacBook Air, she was able to inform me that because it wasn't booting they didn't know exactly what the problem was but they would send it out to their repair. Because it's under warranty and AppleCare. There was no money out my pocket, she told me it would be 3 to 5 days. I dropped it off on a Monday. I had it back by Thursday. It's just phenomenal service. At no time did she try to pressure me into purchasing anything which made it even more pleasant experience.
Terrible customer service! I went in to buy the charging adapter for an Apple Pencil. The girl who helped me was rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. The charging adapter for my pencil different than the charging adapter they sell /use now. She insists that the only way to charge the pencil is by plugging it in to the iPad, which is wrong. I called the store and complained to the manager. To his credit, the manager was very helpful and said that’s not the experience they want customers to have. Was going to talk to that girl. I hope he does and she learns how to treat customers right!
