Took my kids here for the Inventors Design Workshop. The staff are very welcoming and the store has a lovely atmosphere. The workshop facilitators was very knowledgeable and patient with the class. I highly recommend this workshop and location!
I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on and I was freaking out about losing important items. I was helped by Alden and he was the best! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We were there almost 1.5 hours and honestly time flew by. He was able to fix my phone and it ended up being no charge! I couldn’t believe it. So thankful for his help and I would definitely drive to this location again if I have any future issues.
Came in for a new laptop. Knew exactly what I needed and just wanted to buy and go. Instead they placed me on a 30 minute waiting list. So I figured I’d just buy it online from within the store and simply pick it up. So I did that within the store and they said they could get it for me in an hour! Apathetic, technology dependent, automatons. Update: the laptop will now be available TOMORROW
We visited this Apple store on a Sunday morning, just a few minutes after it opened, and it was already full! There were a couple of tables where instructors were offering help to users. Even though there were a lot of customers, there were plenty of staff members too, and a couple of them offered to help us. The store is clean, minimalist, and full of Apple products.
Excellent service, didn’t have an appointment yet was welcomed and treated with patience. We had several issues to contend with, each handoff was delegated. professionally and we were able to accomplish our goals. At one point we experienced a barrier with Verizon however with education from Apple we could solve the issue online!!!!! Apples customer service is exemplary, we were very impressed. Training employees must be a high priority for Apple from our experience.
Genuine leather? Bought a new iPhone for my wife from this place 3 days ago and she picked out this case with it. The gentlemen selling the phone to us told us it was “genuine leather” and does a great job protecting it. Yesterday my wife dropped this phone getting out of our vehicle so 2 ft from the ground? and this “genuine leather” case goes bust. We paid $59.99 for this case. My $20.00 “genuine leather” belt is holding up better after 10 yrs of abuse. Today we walked in to see if we can exchange it for something more protective, with a condescending attitude team leader “Dan” exclaimed we can’t do anything for you after your case is damaged. Shame on Apple. Either don’t advertise your product as genuine leather and sell it for $59.00 or bring the price down and tell your customer your case will look like it’s been through a paper shredder in 2 days.
I came in to buy a Mac book pro yesterday. Naturally, I had to wait because the place was full of confused old people. The experience working with the staff here was great though. They set the bar for what quality customer service should look like! They got me taken care of and on my way in no time at all once it was my turn.
A few months back I stopped by the Bridgeport location to pick my iPhone Pro 14. The Apple store rep was very helpful, kind, positive and outgoing. I was able to purchase my phone and pick it up shortly after. This sales process is not necessary. All it does it add the allure of Apple Products, making us wait for everything. I'm not a teenager, I don't want to endure this level of "status" manipulation. We all know that if your item is in stock, there is no reason why an apple employee can't walk into the back and give you the phone you purchased, like every other store on earth. Waiting an hour for an text or email notification is just hilarious. I just want to buy something, take it and leave. But I am a pleasant man. I was patient, I did not complain. I got some exercise, ordered a chocolate FRAP from Pete's and anticipated my new iPhone. The notification arrived and I walked back to the store, and waited for a rep. to hand deliver my phone. While I was standing there, and individual walked out of the employee only door. He looked different than the other employees. This is no joke, his eyes locked on mine with an albeit poor attempt at a menacing stare. He walked around the border of the store, staring at me. He walked to another man, standing in the corner behind me and they just stared at me talking to each other. It was creepy, that's when I realized, the guy on the floor was an undercover store security guard and called for backup because he thought I was going to be a problem. I laughed out loud at both of them, took possession of my phone and I left. it was extremely uncomfortable. I did nothing to set these kids off, but I will not shop in this location again.
Unfortunately there is no transparency at this store,I feel horrible for all the elderly you see in the store being taken advantage of and not knowing they are being scammed. What ever is wrong with your devices it will be your fault, any issues with the devices will be put on the consumer. The technicians are not trained well and very deceiving and arrogant. Apple products and customer service is going down hill. Its not the Steve Jobs Apple anymore, it's all about greed sadly!
The sole technician working today, 9/14/23, from at least 10am-11am sorry I didn’t catch your name! who helped me with my AirPods has made my week. What turned out to be a silly issue was taken very seriously and handled with care and attention. Thank you so much dude!!!
