Apple Evergreen Walk

I've been in here a bunch of times and they people that work there are always very knowledgeable and have helped us out with numerous things we had problems with our iPhone and iPad...and there was always a solution.

When I arrived at the store I was greeted by one of the store employees and told them I want to purchase an iPhone SE. They told me to wait over on the right hand side of the store and someone would be with me within 5-15 minutes. In the course of 30 minutes I watched multiple store employees standing around and chatting with each other, not busy with other customers. Once it hit the 30 minute mark it was clear that nobody was going to help me so I left the store. Apple is supposed to be known for there customer service but I've had better customer service in a Home Depot. Will never purchase a product from this Apple Store and advise everybody steer clear of this location

My daughter had an incident with her iPhone 13 ; we were worried, my daughter was sad . We went to the store and they told us we have to wait for an hour to somebody check her phone so we decided to wait. And then this kind guys ask us “ Do you need any help” so my daughter explained him and he took the phone , do here and there and fix it .. thank you so much to Houston you are the best , kind , generous, friendly and so much helpful. You did everything. Big shout for him. Apple needs more people like him . He is wonderful.

I made an appointment here today to see what was wrong with my iPhone after it wasn't working properly. Needless to say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I worked with Sarah to run diagnostics on my phone and troubleshoot the problem. She had great advice to give and helped me decide if it was worth it to repair my phone or to get a new one. She was honest and it really helped me decide that purchasing a new phone was the best option. She then introduced me to her coworker I forgot his name! who helped me finish the process of leaving with a new phone. Both Sarah and her coworker had great advice to give, were patient, but most of all personable. It was a great experience today and I will most certainly be back in the future.

I came in because my iPhone 13 pro wasn’t turning on. I was seen after a little wait, but that’s because I didn’t have an appointment. So if you’d like to be seen promptly then make an appointment. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue!

Very dissatisfied experience. I went to pick up my phone on pre-specified window, I was told to wait for 30 min since order not ready and multiple representatives were unhelpful. Finally after expressing my dissatisfaction, manager come by to tell me that order was not passed to the store and I need to contact customer care for further assistance. I wish they told me this when I walked in, most of them doesn't seem to have knowledge or experience of order process and give vague answers. I wish I can give 0. I definitely would use alternate stores in future.

I'm a big fan of the Apple training classes conducted here. The instructors, especially Andrea are the best. There are so many great features to the Iphone and the only way to reap the benefits is to learn all about them. And it doesn't hurt that all the classes are FREE!

Great Apple Store and wonderful customer service. These guys explain everything in detail and answer as many questions you want answers without hesitation. Very professional and friendly at the same time

This mall has ebbed and flowed over the years. During its heyday, the place was packed. The pandemic must’ve hurt the stores a lot. We have not been here for a while but previously they were a lot of empty stores but, it’s still has great shopping. L.L. Bean is here Munson chocolates and Carhart is here and that awesome Japanese restaurant Sakura I just relocated to a nicer spot. Leaps and Bones dog store is always a popular stop. The staff there are very nice.

I am a long time Apple customer and have had several ocassions to visit the Evergreen store for solutions to issues with iphones, ipads and ipods. The staff is stellar and I drive out of my way to come to this store for help. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
