I was happy when I was at Franklin Park Mall and saw the Apple Store!  I didn’t really need anything…. I have every Apple product known to man.  But I love to look!  The service was great.  Friendly and helpful.  I saw some new products I liked.  They had everything on display.  I highly recommend this Apple Store!

Great store  but very bad service  Waited almost 10 minutes before anybody even approached us and when they did nobody was available. Apple is valued at one trillion dollars and they can't keep up with the customer service. So sad.

This Apple Store always makes my shopping experience easy. I do my research ahead of time and they always add to my knowledge of the products with their open ended questions about what I need vs what I may think I want. I will be back.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was a retired school superintendent and worked at Oregon City Schools at one point. I walked in so flustered from T-Mobile and he was SO incredibly helpful. Thank you. This store has great customer service.

I set an appointment with a tech and drove about an hour to get here cause they were the only store with an open appointment on such short notice. I went here because my MacBook pro was having some minor issues that Apple couldn't trouble shoot. The lady that helped me did a GREAT job! My biggest issue was there was like 10 people working there AT LEAST and my appt was at 545 cause it was the only one open. I was willing to but the new iPhone 14 pro max and the new ultra watch but they said they had closed the drawers already. I was a general manager so I know you can re open the drawer and shut it down especially if you are a manager and are about to sell over $2000 in product.

I got mistreated at this store 2 days straight in December of 2022 when 2 women attempted to put me thru a literacy test. The next day a manager refused me service on my apple device, lied to the police and then refused to cooperate with the officer he called. A police officer did an offense report on my behalf. Unfortunately, Apple has yet to address this matter.

Worst customer service I have ever had at an Apple store.  Was completely ignored by staff, and once I did get someone's attention to be put on a list the sales person that was to help me started helping someone that had just walked in.  Apple has good products, lots of information online.  Avoid going to this store and make your purchase direct from Apple.  They don't even get one star.

Writing this review sitting at Apple Store in Franklin Park Mall.   Shout out to Tess at the Genius Bar who solved all our problems.   Hoping management reads this and gives Tess her due - she is not just competent but pleasant and knowledgeable, extra to go the extra mile one problem was Gmail, not Apple but she waited while we worked through the issue snd she took the time to make sure things that could be programmed and left for later op system uodate were done and confirmed before we ended the session.  Knowing the pressure from above to keep things moving let me assure managers that Tess' attention was key to a significant customer not just long term individual user but IT at a major corporate account - not disclosed to Tess but her good work will pay Apple dividends well beyond today's tidy solution.  Great job.

Bought my Apple TV a super hot second ago. Actually from a commissary in Korea. Today I was watching Grey’s Anatomy while I had a Blonde moment. Paused it to take my pups out and came back in ready to watch Meredith fight COVID. An episode where a character from bones was a guest on the show. The character was Jack Hudgins. My thoughts were my Apple TV was glitching thinking it’s playing bones. Hopefully this made you smile
