First Time Visiting The Official Apple Store—Store Layout Is Modern Feel Inviting And With Apple Products Displayed Visually For Touch Also Our Customer Experience Was Great By Mark !
I came here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some AirPods my brother ordered. Parking was surprising easy. They have glass for their store front and it looked busy inside. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted. I told them I was picking up an order. They looked it up and told me to go to the pick up order sign. Doug helped me at the pick up area. He checked me in and told me it would be out shortly. A lady brought it out a minute later. Quick and easy process. Legit in and out in less than 5 minutes. While it was busy, there was ample staff around. Some had on name badges but some didn’t. However, each of them were wearing a shirt with the apple logo on it. I did noticed an officer present as well. They seemed to be providing security, which is understandable lol.
I had a very pleasant experience in this store! My back glass was broken on my 14 Pro and they informed me that the part needed to be ordered and it would be there that week. CAMERON called me as I was leaving work the next morning before they opened letting me know the part was in and ready to be installed. I dropped off the phone and they told me it would be about an hour. I returned and hour & a half and CAMERON told me everything is all repaired and functioning perfectly! I did not stand in any lines as the store had a lot of customers and they told me where to go. CAMERON came out right then and returned my phone to me. I had an all-around great experience and I highly recommend this store and I will be returning as well! A+++
We went in for technical support appointment and two of their employees were rude, I don’t think they knew what they were doing. Because in the end a nice lady helped us out and confirmed that what we needed was able to be done. She also proved that those two employees didn’t know about tech support. I was told by a senior technician before hand that I can go into the apple store and they could help me. On top of that they ignored me, yet didn’t help me with what I needed. Thankfully the nice employee was actually helpful and apologized about her employees actions. I hope those other employees get some proper training.
This store is big. The staff is a little short handed. There is a wait but it wasn't too bad. They don't accept cash. Not a smart move. There is plenty of parking. The displays are very nice.
I bought a MacBook Air and I am very happy with my choice. I ordered online and picked up at the store, the service was very fast, polite and attentive staff. I enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere.
Crystalshe, her provided the worst service I have ever had, she could have cared less, and it was fairly obvious from her general attitude that me being there was just an inconvenience . as a matter of fact the entire apple “customer service” experience has been terrible. I have a 14pro, and it has the highest rating for water resistance of any phone on the marketallegedly. The phone got a little wet while we were on vacation, but no where near the alleged rating. I called into support and they passed me off to the store, the store helper passed me off to the next person, who passed me off to the support number, who passed me off back to the store. So here we are, Apple refuses to help, they state that water intrusion is not a manufacturer defect…. EVEN THOUGH ITS RATED TO RESIST WATER 6Meters for 30 minutes. Andrew tried to help, and was more attentive but that’s not saying a whole lot. But he did actually try to help and did more than look at me and basically tell me to screw off
Well, I made an appointment to get my phone fixed at Best Buy. They didn’t have the part. Made an appointment for my sons phone and my phone. They had my part, but didn’t have his. I was going to have to leave my phone over night and it would be prepared in the morning. I live 40 minutes away. Then drive back up here again once they received my sons part they had to order. I thought the purpose of going to the Genius Bar was to get your phone fixed quickly. Why not just send it off otherwise. Chris left in the middle of my appointment. I am so thankful I called support and was about to find a way around driving back and forth 6 times!!!! It’s unbelievable. I was going to buy a new watch band and I walked out. Nope. Not from there! Any other time I have had decent experiences. Given the 3 stars.
Arrived at 5:45 to purchase a new iPhone. 3 workers stood and looked at me and didn’t bother to offer help. One worker that was already helping a customer was the only one who acknowledged me. When she explained that I needed to purchase a phone they spoke in low voices saying “we’re closing in 15 minutes she can come another time”. I told them I didn’t need help setting up I just wanted to purchase and leave with it. I work everyday, Sunday afternoons is the only time I have to get any personal things done. Not to mention, the store was pretty busy with multiple customers being helped when I arrived. I understand they close at 6, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I would rather drive further to the location in Charlotte that has well trained employees in customer service.
I had an appointment for 11:45 today. I came in & got checked in by some man that works there, I’m not sure what his name was. I sat down for a few minutes & this girl got me quickly & we went on with my appointment & she got my phone back on for me. I had a really good experience & she was really helpful. Mind you my appointment was at 11:45 & I left out like 12:05 & prior to that she did tell me it would take about 20 minutes which isn’t long at all because when I went it was packed.
