Apple Store at Mall Of America is where you journey to pay homage and worship at the altar of all things Tech. Where dreams are made to upgrade or buy accessories. Impressive displays of the latest and greatest. Customer service was engaging and helpful.

This location is efficient for sure. They get you where you need to be quickly. I saw staff working with multiple customers at once, and service didn't drop from what I saw. You can find innovative practices here, I experienced their self checkout process, a bit different but an associate assured be that they would not interrupt someone walking out with product without a bag. The store runs smoothly with multiple things happening at once. Class on the big screen, one on ones and everything else in between do not stop someone getting what they need with solid customer service to pair with it. I would say this store is the flagship store for MN and I hope all the other stores are modeled after this one. This is my go-to spot for my apple products. Let me know your experience here.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable stuff. I had some issue because of weird incompatibility with my phone’s carrier, and how quickly they were able to solve the mystery was impressive. Downside is that the wait time here is a bit longer compared to other Apple stores in MN. But I think the stuff here is better and worth the wait. Buying an apple product can be an overwhelming experience if you are not knowledgeable enough yourself. Stuff in this case I think is very important.

Jake and Martin were wonderful! Jake started me off by asking about the issue. He immediately knew what was going on and how to fix it. He got started on fixing the issue by running a diagnostic test just to ensure it was what he thought. He explained to me what he was doing while he was doing it and then proceeded to explain how it would be fixed. Martin came and took over a short while after that and he was excellent as well. I had to wait while a software was downloading and he let me know where the bathrooms were and that I could get up and wonder while I waited. He proceeded to check in with me while the software was downloading. They took care of the issue efficiently and were wonderful while doing so. I was quoted hundreds of dollars somewhere else to fix the issue and so glad I decided to take my mac to the apple store instead where they identified and fixed the issue for free.

We were disgusted with the staff at this apple store. We waited over an hour regarding an issue with an apple accessory. One staff was very rude asking if we are buying or needed technical help. At the back of my mind if we are not buying anything so they won't entertain us. I was too tired to be confrontational to her. To make the story short our issues wasn't resolved at all. We wasted over an hour of our time without result. Hopefully they'll trained there staff better.

The Apple store at MOA was incredible! They run "Apple Camps" for kids that my family attended over the weekend. The service and hospitality was top notch. Camille was very informative, educating, and her hospitality was very addicting. My son enjoyed this experience very much and it made our weekend more extravagant than it already was. Thank you.

I went to the store with my sister to get some help about connectivity issues with her i-pad. One staff member at the entrance immediately helped us, and a second staff member joined in the conversation. We found them to be very knowledgeable with the product and the problem. They were also very friendly and patient with our many questions.

Bought a new phone for the wife she was happy about it but the transfer of data from phone to phone took hours, we had to leave because they were closing and got it done at home in 10 mins. The staff were helpful and it was a crowded atmosphere.

Took my phone in for a battery replacement and they broke my audio lol. They forced me to get a new phone without warning me that all of my authenticators would be reset. They took my old phone and wiped it without telling me. Also imo they need to block off the presentation/class. There is just a lot going on for one room and it’s not a good environment.

Terrible service today, when In with my father to buy an Apple Watch. The supervisor said he’d send someone and we waited for 20 minutes. We asked another employee to ask if we could get help and he went to ask the same supervisor and he shrugged it off. We ended up leaving. Very discriminating service.
