I didn’t find this location to be service-friendly. My phone started having issues while I was out, so I was a walk-in needing technical service and was told that I could get an appointment for an hour and 15 minutes later. No problem! When I returned to the store at the agreed upon time, I was told there would be a bit of a delay - 10 to 15 minutes. I was okay with that. After over half an hour, and 2 associates telling me I was “next in the queue” I decided to leave. My issue is this:  I realize it’s a busy store. What I don’t appreciate, however, is the constant “you’re next,” even from the store manager. I’d much rather have made an appointment for another day than be strung along for almost 2 hours. Do better, Apple. Do better.

I just came in to trade in my older iPad for a Gen 9. I'm currently a tattoo artist and basically can't go without one of these guys. I spoke with a wonderful employee named Andrew. We worked around a possible transfer of data problem and I smoothly purchased a new iPad for myself. Andrew was so pleasant and didn't try to forcefully up sell me into products I didn't want or need. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

The customer service is the worst here. The apple workers installed my screen protector half fast where bubbles kept forming. Had to get it redone 3 times. It wasn’t until I went to another location where they did it correctly. The apple employee placed my phone screen face down on the table without using the mat used for installation.  Another instance I was purchasing accessories and the worker who processed my payment gave me attitude for asking her questions about the products.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Terrible service. Came in with an appointment and basically had to wait while they took walk ins. Had a 2 min consultation and then was left waiting again for someone to help me buy a new phone. Every other customer that walked in the door was treated more like a priority than someone trying to buy a phone. Interestingly enough, the other customers were all white and I was the only black person there. Won’t make that mistake again.

Peter and Josh were amazingly helpful! They helped us figure out how to reset the password for our iCloud account and then how to get the phone replaced. Highly recommend them both!

Nice apple store and always super busy. They still require masks inside..if you don't have one, they provide at the entrance which is good. Waiting time for an assistant is about an hour whenever I come here usually on weekends. Has free parking in mall parking lot. Also there specific parking spaces for Apple pick up customers right on front of the store which I found is cool. There is a special display for new iPhone 13 pro colors. So, great, but very busy location.

The Apple Store experience isn’t what it once was. I have a technical background but had a few iOS syncing issues I wanted help with, in addition to buying a new iPhone with apple care.  I understand sales folks are not technical, however, there was once a higher standard of knowledgeability of the product and customer experience.  The salesperson I was working with was really helpful and was helping me and another customer transfer and setup new phones at the same time, which was great . But then he got pulled away and left with someone totally useless. Mind you that the helpful salesperson was nabbed away the *moment* my credit card transaction went through for about $1500. I let the manager know this was a bad experience!  They were busy, but ultimately I walked in with 1 working iPhone. I traded it to them and left with 0 working iOS devices.  Lastly, because of the way they expedited me thru, I reset my apple password for the sale of the iPhone. And it logged me out of every other Apple device, and they all wanted to 2FA with each other.  Hours later I fixed it all.

I had my first Apple purchase i.e.I pad 10 at this store. The store is nice and big and the staff was very helpful. The sales guy was genuinely interested in providing the service and information we needed. They have a variety of products. Overall I had a great shopping experience. We'll sure visit again.

Had a problem with my iPhone 14 Pro Max where wireless charging in my car would stop and I would get a message on the iPhone that charging would resume when the battery cools down. Brought the phone to the store on 7/6/2023 and  they repaired it instead of replacing it and I spent 5 hours at the Apple Store for a repair that didn’t fix the issue.

Amazing support & great team collaboration.  Made good use of greeters & sales people to maximise tech support capacity.  We dealt with 6 members of staff. Every one was courteous & capable.
