Apple Mall of Georgia

I recently visited the Apple Store inside the Mall of Georgia. I was surprised at how small it was, but it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I went for the iPhone 15 release and it took about 30 minutes to check in and get my new phone. Unfortunately, the WiFi was incredibly slow and it took me over an hour to restore my new iPhone 15.

A Beautiful Mall very Big U need some walking shoes on It's A Beautiful Mall I had some great Japanese foods and A frozen Fat Tuesday drink Every store I went inside It was great customer service I love Great service at All times We Senior citizens from The Center spent a day out together I will suggest this Mall and The Complex Game place next door Games for grown folk It can be a long day of being busy doing a lot of stuff their U want be bored here because it's a lots to see and a lots of stores to Shop in I Love Traveling and Visiting nice places and meeting nice people and Great quality foods Thank again for the service Y'all rendered to me while we was there visiting Everyone on the bus said they enjoyed the Mall and the kind people we meet there It is good to be able to go to A Beautiful Mall with a great environment of people to be around I just love nice kind friendly people and places to go too I felt very safe they Thanks for making me feel secure being there I haven't being to this Mall but 1 time when they 1st built it I turned out to be a Beautiful place Thanks

In this store, they are very helpful and Knowledgeable people. I went in to get my battery changed for my iPhone. First, before they changed my battery they ran a diagnostic to see if my phone really needed it to be changed. Then he checked that the phone needed it and he told me how long it will take and how much it will cost. He said that it will only take two hours to change the battery and he was done by that time. Finally when I got my phone back it was in the same condition I gave it to them with except it had a new battery instead of the old one. Overall very good Service and I would recommend you to come and repair your phone there. I made this review one week after the repair and I will update it if my phone starts acting up.

Worst experience at this apple branch All the reps seem rude and racist. Nobody really wanted to help. I was there to buy a phone. One guy told me there is only one sales rep everyone else is there to check in. There were around 7 people to check in and one rep who was they said was there to help me in sale. In the picture you can see there are three of them who are talking each other.

We travelled an hour away to get my battery replaced. The guy that checked me in was really friendly. He directed me to where I should go to get my battery replaced and I waited forever. The guy behind the counter completely ignored me and greeted other customers that came after me. I had to go check in again with another associate to remind them that I am there. They have so many employees in the store but service is just so slow. Some will completely ignore you.

We have a reservation for kids activity, Mr. Craig was super nice and offered my kids great time on kids coding activity. We definitely will come back and make further purchases here.

We have used this store twice in last 6 months and have been SCAMMED both times Once to repair a track pad on a MacBook Pro, they checked the battery too which they said was bad too. We were told they could fix both for $199. However, when we went to pick it up, it couldn't connect to Wi-Fi! They told us it came in that way - it certainly hadn't and their diagnostic check did not show that it didn't work. They ordered a new Wi-Fi card; which they could not get to work either. They didn't charge me for the repair, but I also didn't have a laptop that worked. I was furious and frustrated. I did my own research and ordered another card and little connector strip and managed to get the Wi-Fi working myself - on replacing then small metal strip, I noticed the old one had been bent. When I tried arguing that my laptop connected to Wi-Fi perfectly before they touched it, they told me they could nothing more to help except offer me a refurbished and updated laptop for much more!! The second time was just this week then our nephew took a used phone in to replace the battery. Everything else was working on the phone. They told him it would be about 3 hours. When he returned, they told him it had water damage on the inside and they couldn't do anything to help. However, in their fiddling with it, the Home key stopped working, which again, was not a problem until Apple opened up the phone. My nephew argued that point and insisted they must have done something to it. What did they do, offer him a refurbished updated phone for $500. He got so frustrated that he walked out. He took it to a pop up repair shop by our house. The guy opened it up and immediately found an extra screw inside the phone - one that should not have been there. He managed to get my nephews phone working again and has agreed to sign an affidavit to say what he found after Apple's so called repair. This store BREAKS your product and then tries to UPSELL you a newer one!!! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and to CBS News Better Call Harry!!

Not much about any malls.. Plus chick fil a was closed on this visit...or it would have been 4 star. but they have a adoption type store on the top floor!! Please help n go adopt today!!

I ordered my items online for pickup at mall. Within 15 minutes I got an email and text saying that it was ready for pickup along with all info needed to get there and pickup my items. Upon arrival I went to the store and was immediately greeted. When I said why I was there, I was directed to the proper place for pickup. Once I got there, I was once again greeted. They scanned my code from my email, checked my id, then promptly retrieved my items and placed them in a bag for me. I then inquired about an additional item I was considering, which rd they retrieved and offered to let me put my iPad in it to make sure it was what I wanted. They then rang it up for me and off I went. Another satisfied Apple customer!

Don’t waste your time ordering anything at this location, the entire online service failed, and wasted 3 hours of my day. I was told the order was going to be done within an hour or two, they would send me an email ready for pickup, but the order process failed on their side, and I was not notified. The entire afternoon was wasted, and I was not even sent a notification that something went wrong, yet the monetary transaction went through properly.
