I was schedule online by customer service 1:00pm at this store. Took me 30 minutes from my house to the store. I when I arrived & checked in. Customer service name Jason said my Name is not on an appointment list. I did told him that I do have confirmation for appointment at 1:00pm. He checked again & told me the same story & told me to wait or come back at 3:00pm. I told him that I don’t have time to come back at 3:00pm. He looks upset and told me to step aside & waiting. I did waited for 10 minutes & check with other customer service. She told me yes, my name was there. She was not sure why Jason wasn’t see it .Than she will help me out. But unlucky for me that the iPhone 14 pro max was not available any more. I did disappointed with this Apple store & customer service online. They told me it is available & make appointment for me to pickup. Spent an hour & half drove to store & back home. At this store customer service name Jason did not care & checked for me. He also look very meanings during our conversation. I recommend do not come to this store. Very bad services & look like Apple treating customers very badly lately. Cause there products are shorted & they don’t want any more customers!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service at this location was absolutely beautiful today. I went in on my lunch break expecting lengthy wait time as many apple stores have long wait times and I was literally in and out within 30 minutes! I came in to buy an iPad as I ordered one online and the carrier was not able to deliver it or allow me to even pick it up. The lady who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable in every question I asked. Will definitely come back to this location for any services I need
I’ve shopped at Apple stores from Sacramento to San Diego. Today’s visit to this store was the worst experience I’ve had at any Apple store. The rest of the locations I’ve visited went smoothly and the employees were courteous and professional. The “GENIUS” that I dealt with today was a total mess. When he was approaching me he kept asking customers if they were the Uber Eats driver. When he finally got to me he asked me the same question. I asked him if he was the genius that was going to help me? He didn’t speak another word to me and another Genius helped me with my transaction. I know good help is hard to find…but that’s no excuse for this so called genius. Today was the first and LAST time I visit this location.
Dissatisfied. Not much to say other than Apple really needs to invest more quality time in the “check in” procedures. I had an appointment and arrived early. The two hours plus of waiting only to hear that they couldn’t do anything for me due to warranty issues was utterly frustrating. I expressed my concern about how I was checked in and could have been told the same thing in under 2 minutes but The technician who assisted me tried to assure me that it wasn’t the check in employees fault. I disagree. In the two hours of waiting I could hear the conversations being had while the check in employees either waited or directed customers to someone else. They did have 2 minutes to spare and could have told me up front
Disclaimer, not an apple guy. Went to this store to buy my wife a watch. I had checked online prior to arrival to ensure it was in stock. When I arrived I explained what I wanted. The lady helping me, found the item and reserved it for me. I asked why I need it reserved. She told me I would have to wait 40 minutes for an appointment to buy the watch. I explained that I didn't need any help with the watch just for them to give me the product and take my money. She explained that she was not able to check people out. I watched four employees stand there doing nothing. I returned in 40 minutes to wait an additional 15 minutes so I could watch 4 more employees standing around. Was told to "go stand over there" after being checked in for my appointment. When I actually recieved the watch the transaction took less than 2 minutes. Is this really how you apple people get treated on the reg? Why would I need an appointment to buy an in-stock item, in-person from a store. Leave it up to apple to over complicate a simple transaction. Poor service. Just disappointed.
Apple assoiciate in fashion valley suggested me this store because it had a 5 min wait for the genius bar. got there, waited an hour, and then another 35 minutes, apparently changing my screen200$ will take a day and i have to pick it up tomorrow.. ended up not doing it. whent for the guy fixing phones in the kiosk, he did the job in 10 minutes, knew the problem right away a true master at his job for half the price100$.... what a waste of time.
could not get thru to customer service on the phone...waited a long time. So I went in person to an apple store and inside the store was complete chaos. Lots of people waiting around. There was a 4 hour wait time for an appt. Even the techs were just standing around talking to each other. I made an appt in person for the next day and it apparently didn't go thru. I never got an email confirming the appt so I called the store from home and I they didn't have me down for an appt. What a joke that store is... I will never buy another Apple product. Not sure what the big hype is about Apple. Their customer service has gone down the toilet.
Picked an Apple Watch ultra to buy. Had to go through three people who didn’t know much. Finally paid for it and began setting it up with a totally apathetic person who did not lift a finger. I got so disgusted that I immediately told him to cancel the purchase and left. I used to love to go to Apple Store but it’s been three years that I despise going near it and will never set foot in it again. Amir Homayoun
Called to confirm they would be able to assist my concerns and Sarah confirm they would be able to help. Drove 2 hours to go to the store and was told they couldn’t assist my phone issue. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to say one thing and do another. They didn’t show any type of sincerity or technical support.
Went to BestBuy Carmel Ranch to get new iPhone, but the phone guy said he was off in 20 minutes and I'd have to come back the next day. Kind of a jerk, seemed like it was my fault. Probably wanted to cut out early. So I'm done with BestBuy. Next morning, I went to this Apple Store in North County Mall. Wow. Awesome customer service. Guy named "Fern" bent over backwards to help me pair the new phone. I was very impressed by his attitude and desire to help. Only problem was the hard wood seats. While waiting for new phone update and file transfers, my butt went totally to sleep. When I finished, it was hard to keep my balance for a few steps. The staff here is the greatest!
