Great experience with this store each time we visit. I popped in to look at the new iPhone. The store was packed with Apple enthusiasts! I love my Apple products. The employees are always ready to help. So glad I got my iMac for medical school. Greatest decision, ever!
First the good. Clean, neat, safe space with very knowledgeable people who are professional. Now the bad. I took phone in for repair and returned at the appointed time. The Tech who helped me, Brian, was great but since he was also helping 5 others at the same time it was chaos. He literally would run from customer to customer trying to help everyone at the same time only succeeding in having to restart or redo the setup process. All of the customers he was helping were openly frustrated. Brian, like all the Techs I have worked with there, is smart but SLOW down and treat your customers like we expect to be treated. Apple is a premium product charging a premium price and we customers expect to be treated as such.
Worst experience ever. After the experience I had at this store, I’m going to switch to being a Samsung user. I hate Samsung… just shows how bad my experience was. I felt like he only wanted to talk to people of no color. The first chance he got he left me even though I was in mid question. His voice, tone, attitude felt very condescending. And last of all, what’s the deal with wearing the French artist hat ‍. TDLR: terrible experience South Park Apple >>>> north lake Apple
I came in yesterday January 19 at around 1:30pm to get my iPhone 14 pro fixed. I had an appointment for 1:40pm and it takes a little more than an hour for me to get to Northlake. I was greeted instantly and only waited a few minutes before an individual came to me to get what needed to be done with the phone sorted out. I was told the phone would be ready for pickup by 3:25pm. I waited and came back at 3:25pm. My phone was still being “fixed” so I waited around 20-25 minutes longer. At that point Dave I believe that was his name came out and explained to me that my phone would need to be sent out for a repair since it was so new. Part of me wishes I would have been told sooner so I didn’t stay in the area so long but I also understand there was no way for them to contact me during that time so I don’t fault them for that. He provided me with an iPhone XR to keep until my phone is fully repaired and spent roughly a hour and a half making sure the phone was updated and things were transferred over cell service, apps, etc.. Overall I had a really good experience at this store despite having to send my phone out for a repair again, this isn’t their fault. The staff were all extremely friendly and I took note of how prompt and respectful they were with other guests!
This place handles warranty's terribly. I got an apple warranty and came to swap out my headphones after it stopped working properly. They told me to give it to the technician to fix it. After I received it after about 5 days it started having problems again shortly after. The manger prior receiving it back which was a black women told me if it stopped working again to bring it back and then they will swap it out for about 30 dollars. I came back, told them what happened. They tried to replace it but did not know how to properly do it at their store. Then they strongly suggested that I give it to their technician for another look and they would only replace my wireless beats earbuds only and not the whole product the case that charges the beats and is in charge of the Bluetooth. I ask for the manger a white guy this time after being told this today and he very briefly analyzed the situation and recommended the same thing because he also did not understand the replacement process, he also told the lady to keep trying and if failed give it to the technician for another look. She finally found a solution to the problem after I was there for about an hour to replace it. The problem here is that I had to keep arguing with them about a replacement that I was told I was entitled by the prior workers there. If I hadn't argued about this I would have had to keep coming back and forth to this store to get it fixed this is a waste of my time. In conclusion, the training here is sloppy and needs work. I'm disappointed. The second time I came happened on 2/15/23
Apple's marketing is so strong and so intentional that whenever you get to their stores, you can't but love and appreciate almost every aspect of it: from the design, the display and the welcoming and caring attitude of the staff, I am always totally satisfied! The customer service in this very store is amazing. Sure wait times for the Genius Bar can be long, but that's expected. When I went recently I had to wait to be seen, but as soon as I entered the store one of the guys came straight up to me to point me in the right direction. The one who attended to me was very helpful, quick, knowledgeable..
Worse experience ever!!!! Muhammad clearly did not care about helping customers. The small amount of time I spent trying to get my phone repaired he walked away from us over 10 times. I informed him that I did not live in Charlotte and would need it back as soon as possible. I was told the phone would take 3 days to fix. 12 days later the phone has still not been repaired. None of the correct information was corresponded from Muhammad and now I have to be without a phone until it finally gets shipped back in. Update: the manager Alex was very helpful and able to accommodate for the the phone being picked up in another city.
Definitely a different visit there after covid started. Had a nice array of stores to shop at and affordable stores. Amc theater definitely will return again. 7 bus from uptown goes to the mall. Other big stores in the area as well
The nearest apple store outlet from Mooresville Whenever I have to pick apple products I have to choose this outlet Good service but always crowded Seating arrangements needs to be improved
When Apple says Genius Bar they are not wrong. My issue was solved by team member Kayla on 1/29/23. The customer across from us had a similar experience with the Apple Employee helping her. Thank you Kayla for being so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service.
