I visited the Apple Store at Partridge Creek today, and I would like to note my awesome customer service experience by one of their employees, Giselle. Giselle greeted me in a very friendly manner and helped me as an incoming college freshman choose what technology will suit me best for this year. She was amazing at explaining everything I needed to know as well empathetic to my needs and wants! In addition she carried an energy that made me feel confident about what I was purchasing! I was highly satisfied with her service, and I am super excited about my purchase! Thank you Giselle! I really hope I spelt her name correct.
Would have given 5 stars if not for how my visit started out. The employees I first talked to weren’t very inviting and we’re outright laughing at me so I made sure to step away. Brooke approached me and actually talked to me about what I wanted and was really personable, funny, and kind. She helped me through the whole process of setting up my new phone and clearly knew what she was talking about. She was absolutely awesome. As for the others, you’d think when you come to a place where you’re spending nearly a grand you’d get decent customer service.
I wanted to put one of the phones on my line on it’s own Apple ID. The wait time was decent. The technician was very knowledgeable. Explaining each step of-the process as she worked. And it was fast and easy. If I need an Apple Store again I will return to this one
Super busy location but they will give you the quick Apple time and attention when it's your turn. Worth the wait. Die-hard Apple fan here.
I've definitely lost count of the number of different Apple Stores I've visited over the years, but I think this was probably the best of the entire bunch. Every single person there was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent communication on everything. I had some issues right out of the box with the machine that I purchased, but they all handled things terrifically in spite of the challenges. Great store experience, I'd give them a perfect 100 out of 100 score.
Needed a new laptop and new ipad. Customer service was top notch. This is really good to see I've felt apples customer service had fallen in the last 3 to 7 years. It is great to see it is more like it used to be. I hope it is company wide and not just this store. If itnis just this store then the company needs to look to this managment team for direction.
To busy and crowded. I'll never understand people's infatuation with an apple iphone. Who wants to buy overpriced tech from a company that intentionally holds back features that could be put into existing phones. Just so in 8 months they can release a new phone that does something new that the old phone could have done. Definitely an image thing, wish people would realize that overpaying for something doesn't make you look cool it makes you look unintelligent. This is a company that takes place in unethical slave driven cobalt mining I mean c'mon. Why would you want to buy their product, the company is completely hypocritic. I feel anyone who buys there products are supporting a terrible cause.
I came to this store in December for a repair on my AirPods, I made sure to get a diagnostics ran and they got cleaned 2 times, when I came then they were super helpful and told me they could repair them but it would take 45 minutes, I wasn’t able to get them repaired cause I had a flight an hour later so I asked if I could come back in another time and they told me I could anytime before my warranty expires, I came in today to get them repaired and was told the wait was 10 minutes, 25 minutes later I get a guy who tells me that they won’t cover because they are dirty so my warranty won’t cover it, he then hands me 2 alcohol wipes and sends me on my way, I told him I’ve had them cleaned before and explained I came in December but obviously he didn’t care, I drove 40 minutes to get here to wait 25 minutes for no help and 2 alcohol swabs, thought this store was better than that but obviously I was wrong, wouldn’t recommend for repairs.
Fina is such an amazing human! I drive 40 minutes to this Apple Store to work with her specifically. She is the very best! Thank you Fina! Keep being you!
What a horrible service ! You are choosing person to help you and they call security on you that you had requested !!! They don't know what they are talking about , untrained Stuff! The most rude service specially From the black women with afro hair . stay away from this location !!! I gave one star but they shouldn’t get any no possible option .
