Unacceptable behavior from the persons when online ordered pick up receipt was asked. Both old guy got annoyed when asked such a question and manager said after few minutes of discussion that she does not have time to listen to this type of question why do I need a reciept for a $1085.44 purchase. There were at least 10-12 apple serving people standing there with red shirt. I wonder what kind of service should we expect for a thousand dollars purchase. They were close to rude why we need an unlocked apple phone receipt for global use. I wouldn't go second time there.
Standard Apple Store experience. Nothing too crazy to write about. Personally varies from person to person. Can either be a 10 or a 1 it’s all dependent on timing which is random. Same normal store behavior. Just hope the stars more so apples align and everything goes good.
I was very disappointed. I bought iPhone 14 pro 2 days ago and I didn't open the package at the shop. I went home and opened the package and they gave me a different phone. Today I went to the apple store again to change it, the phone I liked was gone :: I couldn't get my phone and they couldn't pay all my money back. They're going to send remain $150 to the house by letter,they said. I couldn't get the phone and all my money. Shame on the big company.
The worst Apple Store ever and arrogant staff and management. They don’t hear out a problem of customer just keep repeating the same as a tape recorder . I visited this store 8 times I had to come out disappointed every single time . They don’t have connection or proper documentation between the conversation and promises made by Apple care and the staff in the store . They just try to kick the customer out of the store ASAP when someone approaches with the problem. I bought a brand new Apple 13 pro Max and with in 3 months faceID doesn’t work for no reason , My phone doesn’t have single scratch or a dot it’s a very new phone . When I approach they they took my phone with the data on it with lock opened and took it I see and gave me after 20 mins and says I have to ship the phone as it to the repair center and they don’t even have the ETA. They say I have to manage without a phone for a week .Staff in the store tries to get rid of the customer ASAP so that they can focus on selling new phones.
Technician diagnosed and suggested something for my brother’s MacBook Pro keyboard, later after a day when we dropped it for repair they started asking for additional money saying it had a faulty trackpad as well, when in fact everything was fine. Tried to overcharge and my brother escalated the issue and got it resolved. Store managers were rude and trying to close the issue without taking any accountability for false statements and Genius Bar employees are not genius at all, bunch of showoff millineals.
This Apple store employs ignorant, self-righteous juveniles. I am appalled at how low Apple policies and procedures have declined and the arrogance of its employees at this store and over the phone customer support. The almighty Apple. Sure. I have moved on to Android after many years of Apple IOS malfunctions, defective products right out of the box - iPhone 12 returned and bought a Samsung S21, iPad Pro 11", and the latest - a iPad Pro 12.9" that I returned in 2 days due to vertical pink and green lines. Will be buying a Samsung Tab soon. And love my S21 Ultra phone, earbuds, and wireless chargers - thank you, Samsung.
Lost my phone n they sell what u don't the same quality compared to a yard sale
Worst experience ever, had appointment for 3pm and I check in with the people in front at 2:58pm and they told me to wait at one of the table, and one guys came after me which don’t have appointment and he walk in got helped right away. We was both there to buy the 14 pro max and there is only left in the inventory and the guys came after me just took the last one. After all no one ever come and help me, I was back to the guys in the front of the store who checked me in, and he told in a very upset way “I’m not sure, alright!” He didn’t try to make another appointment with me or something and just staring at my face.
It's Apple… not much else to say. You walk in, and it’s like magic. The staff is super helpful, and the atmosphere is like walking into the most fantastic place on earth. Just be careful not to spend your entire paycheck.
I give them a 1 star because they have more excuses than I have ever known on why they cannot help you the same day, despite having an appointment. For them to be the store, they should have no reason of why they cannot help you.
