February 2023 4* Apple Store is always favourite place to visit but this store is very busy. You can find variety of Apple stuff. The only recommendation is that customer service can be good. The staff is very good and helpful. The challenge is to find the person who can help you. They should start coupon system so that you know you are in queue. We bought Apple Watch and the staff member was helpful and patient to help you.
Came here for Air pods max repair. The service was quick however, they don’t talk much about what went into the repair unless you ask.
I went during boxing day week so it was very busy. I have to say that the customer service is great. I went to pick up an online order and they had a clear signs. They had the customer service team set up to be able to accommodate the boxing day rush.
Such a bad experience. I understand this store is insanely busy. I was redirected to go see this woman to book an appointment, I was behind the next person, then another woman essentially created another line. As it was technically my turned and I asked, “where is the line”. The apple workers are scattered in the store, and as customers not knowing where to go or who to talk to. The woman looked at me and pointed the “obvious” as where the line was. As a worker you should be self aware of your surroundings and understand people can be lining all around you. I did not like her attitude nor the concept of design of this store. It’s already insanely busy as it is.
Terrible experience with Jason the bald headed man with the bald spot on the top, he rushed me buying my iPhone 15 Plus in Pink and then he sold me a normal size 15 case which made me end up having to make 2 trips and wait 30 minutes each time in line. He was not even looking me in the eye and he seemed very passive aggressive and overall not a good client experience felt rushed and just overall bad experience, I think they need more coaching on client experience because I pay so much for my apple products and use and am loyal to Apple I expect a better client experience. I showed the manager the receipt of the 15 plus sold with the smaller case, which the manager replied its a new launch but the fact that the employee didnt even look at the phone and sold me the wrong case size is just absurd.
What a pathetic experience I had at this store today! Rude and arrogant staff. Little to no knowledge about their own products or service. I mean, almost everyone in the world at this point knows that you don't have any phones in stock, so how is that information helpful? I would expect the sales people to help me order one, not give lame info with a irritated attitude. If you don't like your job, go find another one. Lastly, apple, why would you offer financing if your system isn't setup to process one? There is no financing option on the new phone either online or in-store. Pathetic, just pathetic.
My experience was nice. If you don't have an appointment you'll have to wait quite a while. It's super busy even on weekdays. That being said the genius bar people are quite nice and do their best to resolve your issue. I got my replacement phone in just a few minutes. They have free wifi while you wait. PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DATA before you come.
I went on new year. Too busy but very organized. I have in mind what to buy A employee named Sydney come to help me and he provide me everything I need in few minutes. Also gave me small business discount. I buy phone cover, adapter and MagSafe wireless charger Overall 5 star experience. We visit again here for any apple needs.
Worst store to buy product. When they have to make sale they give you false information regarding product’s warranty and coverage and now when we need to use the coverage they say it’s not covered, highly recommend not to buy any product from these frauds
By far one of most disappointing and discourteous customer services observed. We reached at this store at 11am to show MacBook. They put us on pathetic and useless Genius Bar with waiting time of around 1.5hr. Didn’t receive any text till 1pm. Went back again to store and one black lady just for identification told us she can’t help us and can’t tell us anything about our appointment. She told us to wait for the text message, which never came. We waited for 30min more and went back to store again. This time an Asian guy told us that our turn will come in 20min. Again waited for 30min. Nothing came. Went back again to store and a black guy, to our shock, told us that we have to wait for 3 more hours. Almost fainted to see such ridiculous system and service Apple Store observed at this location. Wasted whole day and our turn never came. The management, services, communication, courtesy, and many more are extinct at this store. Will never go to this garbage location again. Won’t recommend this location to anyone.
