My first time in a Apple Store. Very disappointed. Not only was the place hard to find in a giant mall. With no markings anywhere about where inside the mall the store is. I wanted by the counters for about 10 minutes before I moved to a area about 5 feet away closer to the entrance where I watched about 5 or 6 people get checked in that walked in after me. I had a. Appt that I was late for because the place is hard to find. Then I stand by a table for 10 minutes unacknowledged or checked kn. Then I stand in the entrance way and watch 4 employees play with a dog for about 10 mins ignoring me. After a total of 30 minutes of standing around watching a bunch of employees blatantly not doing their job. I left POSSED!
I came here with a kind of annoying request but Jacob from this store patiently helped me return and rebuy my items as well as explain a lot of things I didn’t understand. Everyone here was really nice and helpful, I don’t understand why this store doesn’t have 5 star ratings but everytime I come, I’ve always had a great experience here. Greeted and guided to where I needed to go as soon as I walked in, even though it looked busy! Thanks again Jacob! I appreciate it
Very nice Apple store in high end mall, large store which offers Apple classes. Very busy when we went, we had called Apple customer service earlier to confirm the store had what we wanted and get our out the door cost,the representative was very knowledgeable and the information she gave us matched the in store information and cost. Kathy in the store was very nice. informative, not pushing additional sales. Highly recommend the Apple shopping experience.
Not very good. I had an appointment , had the email from Apples website. Despite this they said they cannot find the appointment. Finally someone reluctantly assured me. I just wanted to ask if their is a waiting list starting for the IPhone 15. They said they are retail store and they would not know the answer? If they are selling Apple products they should have some info. They did not offer to take my contact info and call me when the Apple event takes place on the 12th. Honestly it felt like I was disturbing the staff by being there. Not a good shopping experience.
Cheryl was and is the bomb, had a iPad that wouldn’t turn on, had it diagnosed and a prognosis in just a few minutes. Highly recommend… but come early on a Sunday their full… had to wait an hour but the place was packed still totally pleased with the results… Go Cheryl Go…..
We came in to the store this morning due to an issue with my friends iPhone being locked out. About 3 different Apple people heard our issue, and told us we could schedule time with a tech in ~4 hours. Then Karter saw my friend & I were actively trying to resolve the issue ourselves and he asked if we needed help. He listened, tried exploring options with us, and was super helpful. He didn’t just walk away, and he stuck with us until her phone worked again. This guy is great and a model for what an Apple representative should be. Highly recommended going to him for help!!!
Great Apple shop with very friendly staff, always something to see and love that there are a few different accessories to those shops in the UK. I didn’t end up purchasing anything but did talk to members of the team about various things including the upcoming WWDC
Terrible experience overall on both 9/2/23 and 9/3/23. Had a hard time finding the place. On 9/2 no one inside acknowledged me when I walked in and I had to ask security who I should see to help me. I finally found a someone to help me who told me a 3.5-4 hr wait. I ask the woman to schedule me an appointment for 9/3 and she told me she couldn’t. She says come back at 11AM the next day and that it won’t be busy and that I’ll be helped immediately. I come back on 9/3 right at 11AM and there was already a line of course. They open the gates and I find the first available employee only to be told it was a 2 hour wait. I explained how frustrating this was after being told not to make an appointment and that I’d receive immediate help at 11AM and he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Screw these people! They SUCK at customer service and have NO issues wasting your time. After wasting your time, they don’t even have the decency or common courtesy to say “sorry” afterwards. Bunch of clowns working here.
Just had the worst customer service experience by one of your associates. She literally acted like she was doing me a favor by answering questions related to the product. In the end after the transaction she pretty much just threw the watch on the table , left the receipt there & just took off!! This is literally the worst experience. I unfortunately couldn’t get her name, but she was a slightly short Asian lady. Please up your customer service standards !! Shameful
Super tall guy wearing glasses hates his job unless he’s talking to his homies. So rude. I had an appointment and they want want to help you unless you’re in the market for new electronics. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. Huge, heavy set guy with his gut hanging out of his shorts just sitting down on his phone. He did ask me what I was looking to buy, maybe I should have told him that I needed a new phone and a watch to get some help. When I told him that my phone isn’t working, can’t do the update etc. He said that someone will find me and help me as he found another seat to sit at to continue to play on his phone. Such a waste of my valuable time.
