Wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me…was in the front of the store around 6:00 Friday night 9/1…knitted hat on.  I lost my phone and he was really helpful.  I’m sure I was a bit crabby since I was frustrated trying to figure out the issue.  He was calm and understanding and had the solution to my problem.  Kudos to him for outstanding service.

Fantastic Experience! I recently took my macbook in for a much needed keyboard repair.  Fortunately, there was a recall on my specific keyboard so it was covered.  Apple replaced the entire keyboard, trackpad, and battery in one go leaving me with a very refreshed and nice laptop.  Most importantly, it was done quickly and finished right in line with the timeframe they gave me.  I use my computer constantly for work so that was a huge relief.  Thanks to your team for knocking this out for me!

Very not user friendly!  I made an appointment on line to have my iPad looked at.  There was no place I could ask for tech support.  Once I got there on time for my appointment I was then told that I needed tech support, which I already knew duh!  The young man then gave me another appointment.  Which was 15 minutes later.  Once it was close to my “new” time a young man told me to go sit in the back at the genius table which I did.  Another 15 minutes passed.  A young woman came by and “took” some notes then left.  Another 5 minutes passed when a young man came up and started calling me “friend” I told him I had a name.  Which he knew because he called me by it when he needed to know where I was seated.  He then abruptly walked away.  He talked to the original person who I checked in with.  Now a good half hour has passed.  Each time I spoke with someone new I explained what my problem was.  When the original person came over it took him less than 2 minutes to fix the problem.  Question why didn’t he let me know the first thing when I checked in.  I could have 1 saved a lot of time and aggravation and 2 the original person could have even told me how to fix it when I walked in the store it was that simple!  Now that I know what the problem was and how to fix it.  I WILL NEVER WALK INTO AN APPLE STORE AGAIN!!!!

I came into the store to purchase an Apple Watch band. Waited for server for 20 minutes while several employees walked around ignoring me. I guess Apple Stores would prefer you just bought stuff online. What a waste of my time

Can't say enough good things about the Aspen Grove Apple Store. We have been there numerous times to buy items or for the Genius Bar help. Today we worked with Colin, who absolutely lived up to the genius name. He was tremendously helpful and even though we had signed up for help with one time-consuming  issue, he answered question after question until we had all the information we needed to fix a few other small, nagging items as well as the original one. Colin was helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgable about everything. A great experience and we are so grateful for the service.

made me wait 1 hour to look at comp and open it up and say there liquid damage and want to charge me $899 dollars to fix it which is ridiculous and paid 1200 brand new.. but never even showed me proof that there was liquid damage... shady as F! I will never come here again and I highly NOT recommend this place to anyone. also I counted 16 employees just standing around almost fighting to get customers attention .. why is there 16 plus employees at one time just standing around.

The Genius Bar was so helpful and fixed my phone right away. I am so pleased with the service.

The staff were as friendly and helpful as possible, but my issue is with the Apple Store app. It used my device information and scheduled me, but they didn’t have the repair part in store. I stated on the app that the back of the phone was shattered, and the app has my  phone model. There should be a way in 2023 to prevent this from occurring.  So I have to make a second trip when they get the part in. C’mon!!!

Lady with dreads took my sim card into the back, then lost it, then gave me a replacement and had to go through multiple struggles to REACTIVATE MY PHONE. Horrible experience.

Posting a review to help with the rating, as I had a good experience. My MacBook Pro adapter was faulty, so I set up a same-day genius appointment. Someone saw me within ten minutes, gave me a new plug, and I was out of the door. Was simple, at least for my case.
