A smooth January experience of getting a new battery for a phone before headed to skiing. Reserved a time slot online for 10 am. Showed up 10 min before. Line more than 12 deep. Door opened at 10. Line disappeared almost instantly as associated each “adopted” a customer. Bought many devices over the years from the store. Ipad, Iphone, pencil, airpods. Traded in once. Got a laptop serviced here. No ill feeling comes to mind as of May 2023. Closest parking is 109a Coulter Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003 Suburban square parking is crazy these days. The indoor garage free right behind this Apple is the surest bet.
Came here the other day because my silence button on my iPhone was broken and the employeeI forgot their name that helped was very nice and was able to fix it really quickly and they were also very helpful with setting up apple care on my phone as well since my limited warranty was about to expire. Would definitely come here again in the future, it’s also wayyy less crowded then the Walnut Street apple store which is pretty good because i was able to be in and out and I got as able to get a quicker appointment date here than if I had went to the walnut street one. Highly recommend.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this store if in need of the Genius Bar/issues with iCloud, backup, broken phones, etc and in the PA/NJ area! Genius Lead, Reu, is an AMAZING person & tech wizard that helped me save 50K photos/videos from a incomplete backup that failed when getting a new phone aka I thought all of my stuff was gone forever. So grateful for his knowledge, expertise, patience and help. Will from now on be driving an hour each way to always come to the Ardmore store for my Apple needs!
I literally waited 2 hrs patiently for an airpod replacement , others fresh faces that’s doing walk-ins that I know wasn’t there got assist right away and got them out. Mind you still never received no replacement and employees walking pass not assisting anyone. That’s unacceptable! Never coming back ever
They treated me in the most professional way and I couldn't leave without a tear. This will be the only Apple store I will go to or recommend and I highly recommend it. Highly.
The worst! What an absolute circus this store is. You walk in and it’s just mobbed with people yet nobody helps you. You sit around waiting forever even though you have a appointment scheduled. I had to walk around to find somebody to actually check me in for my appointment. By the time I did, he checked me in four minutes late which was apparently one minute shy of canceling my appointment. What BS. Every type of service takes super long. Every time I visit the store I leave more irritated than I was when I entered it. I’m really starting to dislike Apple; their customer service is awful.
This is probably one of the worst Apple locations I've ever walked into. I had called the 800 number 3 days ago because my Beats headphones broke and under a month. The gentleman on the phone walked me through troubleshooting that I had already tried just to check the boxes on his page and then told me he can make an appointment for me to go into the genius bar and have the headphones replaced because they were obviously not functioning. I get to the store and I'm told they have to mail them in and it will take about five business days because they don't do replacements of Beats in store. When I said the gentleman on the phone told me they would his response was "we do for Apple products not for Beats" in a sarcastic way Terrible customer service in the store.
I don’t know if I got lucky but I got the best technician when I came in with an appointment because my hard drive had died. Andrew was super knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He explained everything, recommended me where I could go and the things I could buy for what I wanted. The place he recommended was able to recover my files in a new hard drive. I’m super grateful.
I went to the store in Ardmore and I meet the smartest young man ever Noah He was beyond helpful and sweet and took his time with me to fix my daughters phone that was so beyond complicated issue. If you need anything done go to that store and ask for Noah. Hope his mangers see this and promote him or give him a raise. Thank you again Noah.
Apple is a joke i went in for a repair and left with nothing getting done. The African American man with the dreads was very mean my phone had a hardware issue and just cut off and I have to pay 500 apple is a rip off and those ppl don't care they just wanna make money this location is trash the workers are horrible and their product sucks
