Sunday: My mom went there and had Eric and absolutely loved him! He was polite, professional, and efficient! They’ve always had a nice display and presentation and the workers all seem intentional and knowledgeable! Update Monday: John, 50’s, tall, wore face mask. Took two hours to trade in 11 for 14 Pro Max. At very beginning he made a comments that implied i was a little girl 30 and paying full in cash. He recognized where I was from and knew that I had traveled over an hour just to get the phone. So be more diligent He accidentally typed in 14 Pro, so tech brought out 14 Pro. He continued to process the order without noticing the difference in size or reading the box then processed my paid full amount in cash. Again without pulling the phone out or double checking or allowing me to see it. **During the whole 2 hours he had kept tapping the trade in phone and the brand new phones pro & pro max as if it were a drum and even used his finger nails on the screen and slid the new phone across the table. I picked it up to check if it was scratched.*** When he walked over to register the first time, that’s when I looked at the box and read 14 Pro instead of 14 Pro Max. Had to redo /process everything…Then the new and correct phone had to be updated and installed with a laptop which added 20 minutes. But the major problem was that my cellular info was switched onto the Pro and couldn’t be switched back to the Pro Max. I entered the pin correctly but it announced it needed an enhanced authorization. After two hours of standing and waiting on nothing to function. I was told to run over the carrier to get my SIM card and cellular set up. I ran out crying and frustrated in the middle of the mall, because nothing had gotten accomplished, just to find out the carrier had just closed at 7:34 before closing time. So I had to spent the whole evening and the whole next day Tuesday with no cellular service/ number. The whole process was extremely frustrating and sickening. I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I will request someone new next time.
They were very kind and took time to help me out. I even was there after hours but they still were nice and made sure I got taken care of. The phones are pretty expensive but I feel like it’s quality so definitely worth it. Loved my experience, workers very kind too! Thank you Apple!!
Went in today for a repair appointment and the entire staff was so genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Any business would be blessed and thankful to have a staff like theirs.
Horrible! They don’t know how to work. I had to talk with 10 different people and no one could have choose my problem. It was not a big problem and they said they are going to upgrade but they ended up restoring my phone… I have nothing in my phone and lost all of my pictures… After all of this they just said to just check my google photos if I have anything there They don’t know anything.
I had a pick up here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a good conversation and everything was smooth. I’d say they exceeded expectations this time.
Had to share a Genius with one other customer. Both of us received a 3rd of the service. Did not add up! Especially when I made an appointment not a walk-in. After requesting my own Genius , I was getting the help I needed.
After going to an appointment I made on the Apple website with a Apple repair company close to my home I was told that they would be able to fix my phone at no cost to me, however the only problem is that they would have to keep it for a few days because they didn’t have the part but if I drove the hour to this Apple Store my phone would get repaired at no cost because it was still under warranty I have had it just under 6 months. Once I arrived at the time of my appointment I still had to wait about 15 minutes just to be told it would not be covered because the fact that it wouldn’t charge was my fault and not really their problem. The only option they gave me was to pay them $450 out of pocket or to file insurance claim with my phone provider. When I questioned why the 6 month old phone not charging was my fault and why the company near my home was going to be able to fix it at no cost the rep helping me at this store told me that I have had it for 6 months so it’s not really apples problem so either I need to pay the $450 or there was nothing they would do for me. I have used Apple products for over 10 years and have never been so disappointed and disused with apple.
Awesome service from Salvy and Russell tonight at the Genius Bar! I took in my 5 year old MacBook and they brought it back to life. Awesome service, exceeded expectations! Thank you

My gf and I just stopped by for an appointment she had made with jeremywe think but we cannot remember He was incredibly nice and helpful!! We were not what was going to happen with her ipad but he was so nice, gave her options, and did not make her feel stupid for asking questions. We also know that he did the best he could to help. Best customer experience i’ve ever had honestly : Thank you jeremy? again we hope
