Apple Store

In a time when the majority of the malls are almost empty this is still a nice place where to go. We were there last Sunday afternoon. Parking was not an issue if you don’t expect to park by the main door, and restrooms were nice and clean, the place was patrolled inside by police and security and we felt safe and comfortable. The food court offers a decent variety of options and it was also nice and clean.

I purchased a phone at T- noble about a month ago , the phone started having problems with in that week I go back to the store I was told it was fixed just a chip needs to be taken out. Well went back a week or 2 later because I’m talking the other person couldn’t hear me and the speaker button wouldn’t work, took it back to T-moble they like your under warranty go to the Apple Store ! This when all hell broke loose I really think because I was black they really didn’t care to much ! I went in told them my problems they did all the test nothing so they set it to update! Nope that not it ! Took it back , they ran check again erase everything reset it nope I go back ! Now mind you I’m under warranty! Refuse to replace my phone! Business phone! Told me flat to my face they’re not doing nothing for me ! Did I go off yes because T-Moble hands tied can’t do nothing because I have to go through the Apple Store ! But the manager said white guy came in same problem he came I twice he was given a new phone I went 5 times and get kicked out the store and my phone was acting up right in front of them and they send the black girl to help me when they knew the phone is a defective phone from day one ! T-noble really did try to help me also the sent me to Best Buy but all hands are tied I have to go to Apple Store summit Mall Apple Store is really not right I’m so stressed out thinking about getting a lawyer. I have a paper trail. It was a mess.

Very friendly staff. I had a problem with my macbook. One of the key wasnt working. So got an appointment. The expert took it for observation in jus a minute of my walk in. He made a temporary fix for free and gave an estimate of total repairs needed, trade in value and also easy alternative. Fully satisfied.

Beware! Phone was replace what should have been under the 1 year mfg warranty however I was told by an apple csr that they used my applecare and gave me a refurb phone. Now that the phone is paid off I can’t get applecare. I have called and called and no managers can talk nor do they have emails. Also asked for the diagnostics that were ran on my other phones to be sent to me and they said they can’t I have canceled all applecare that we had on our other products and my credit card with apple. We will give our money elsewhere along with our small business that supported apple products.

Tristen was so patient and helpful. He had so many people at the same time that he was helping, but made us feel like we were the only ones there!

very friendly staff! i took my 2015 macbook today and i don’t remember the guys name who helped me but he gave me the most honest and cheapest solution possible to fix my problem. i will definitely purchase my next macbook from here! thank you for your help.

These people have no idea ehat they are doing and are setup towards screwing you over compared to helping you. Amber has no clue what she is doing. The little mggay wannabe is even worse. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Even the people at Apple Eton have expressed how many customers say the same thing about the summit mall location. These people are incompetent

I had a problem with Facetime. They had no available means to be able to FaceTime me so we could test it out. I was scrambling to find someone to FaceTime with in the middle of the day. AUGH. The person who helped me though, was very nice.

The guy who was standing there waiting for people to get people help was watching a basketball game on his phone. Dakota told me we have this watch then proceeded I waited 30 minutes because she decided to go help another couple an older couple, then 30 mins later informed me the watch wasn’t available

Our store associate Trevor didn’t back up all the information I asked. I lost use of my watch and fitness activity which I’m tracking, for an expensive workout trainer I paid for. He was more concerned talking to another coworker about going out that night then focusing on helping us.
