Very customer service savvy! They open the door for you when you come and when you go. They make sure you’re headed in the right direction for whatever it is you are visiting for. If your phone or other apple product is in disrepair, they explain what is going on and how long it is expected to take. They were very helpful.
Hajji was very competent and diagnosed my problem immediately. She verified that my phone was not in warranty and gave me an exact cost for repair. I was very impressed with the service, though it took quite awhile for me to be taken care of.
THE HUMAN "DOES THIS ARTICLE HELP", BUT ALSO, JUST RUDE Never have I paid so much money to be treated like dirt. The blonde, woman supervisor shouldn't be allowed to supervise so much as an ANT FARM. She has zero tact. Sadly, this is what she is passing on to her staff. Even if I, the consumer, was wrong.....and you, the supervisor of an Apple store, are only allowed to recite what's on a piece of paper with bad news..... MAKE IT SOUND LIKE I JUST WON A MILLION DOLLARS! Instead, she was argumentative and didn't even want to hear what I had to say from the moment I walked through the door. Treated me like I was a crazy person who had no clue what they were saying. On top of the fact that I quite literally should never be calmer than the store supervisor, one of her associates began to record me as if I was the one who was going all Karen. Then she denies it and acts offended that I would even suggest such a thing. People just want to be heard Ma'am! That's why the "does this article help" thing is so obnoxious on any/all websites. Just awful. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!
The wife needed help with her iphone. The apple store is always happy to help and gets you in and out as quickly as possible even though they are a high volume store. If you need help with an Apple product you can count on them for service!
My iphone stopped receiving signal after an update. Brought it in and was told there's nothing Apple can do; the only solution of course is to buy a new phone. I went home, plugged it in, connected it to iTunes and voila. Phone was working again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Apple is only interested in nickel and diming you. They are notorious for not allowing home repairs or straight up lying to you about what the issue is. Certainly don't expect any help unless you have Benjamins to spend on a new device as they'll gladly do that for you; that is take your money.
Bringing my monitor here for a repair has been a nightmare. Have not responded to me in the time they said they would, and contacting them to get an update is like pulling teeth. 5 days later and 45 minutes on the phone trying to find out where my monitor is.
What a great first time experience here at Apple in Woodmere,OH.Tanisha helped us,a very personable, helpful, patient & she smiled a lot. My Mom & I went to att & best buy yesterday, not a lot of stock. At Apple,we also received a tutorial, helped my Mom navigate the new phone, its been 8 yrs. Tanisha was very knowledgeable. We went from $35/mthly installment to $18.00/mthly with a $90 trade in value for an iPhone 8+. Awesome experience!
After 10 years of having an android phone I returned to Apple. The folks at the Apple store enthusiastically welcomed me back and answered my many questions. I already researched what I wanted and they helped explain everything I would need to do. There are many associates ready to help. You just have to wait your turn but there is plenty of things to look at while you wait. I really liked the fact that they didn’t try to push their many products on me. I know what is available and will return to the store when I am ready. I highly recommend the Apple store at Eton.
The visit was involving tech support after a new Apple hardware product was purchased. To their credit, they do not charge for the technical support, and they were able to explain what needed to be none.
Great store! Many very helpful employees inside that are very knowledgeable about any Apple products. iPhone’s galore! Any accessories you could imagine. They even can order parts for you if needed.
