Apple Upper East Side

This has the hands-down be one of the best looking at the stores that have ever visited. It has been constructed an old bank like building , and it gives you those classic 1950s 1960s. You can tell Apple was very strategic in picking this building. Catering toward a very unique clientele I suppose is lucrative because the rent is nowhere near cheap. It’s sits in Madison ave within the upper East Side and is beautiful. He feels elite and unwelcoming although stunning.

I would like to Thank the manager Pico, and two staff, Andrew and Yuri for helping me with my phone. This was the best experience I’ve had visiting an Apple Store. I’ve never had a problem at anyone of the stores that are visited, but I can’t say I had to awesome visit prior to yesterday. Overall the staff is professional knowledgeable approachable And understanding. They try to do the best to take care of you, and they definitely exceeded with me. They deserve recognition for the hard work that they do and I truly appreciate their dedication and willingness to help.

Went about a week ago because my laptop was working. The two people who helped me at the genius bar were so kind and helpful. I ended needing a new laptop. Folks on the first floor were just as helpful. All around amazing service!

I took my sons tablets to repair in this Apple Store and they did a great job. The workers were very professional and I was happy. I recommend this store to everyone. The process was quick and easy. You do have to give you name, they will send you a text message telling you that it is your turn and they will take care of you. Five stars for this Apple Store.

I attended a class down in the vault. I would recommend this location for a class because of the comfortable accommodations. The instructor was very informative and helpful. The Apple Store is located in a former bank that was restored by Apple. Beautiful location indeed.

Lied to me about how long a repair would take when they made an appointment for me so I ended up wasting two hours when I met the Genius Bar employee. His response was that the people upstairs who made the appointment have no idea what they’re talking about - SO WHY DO THEY WORK HERE? Pitiful customer service.

We went to exchange our computer and Karen she said that was her name around 10:10 in the morning, she served us very poorly and constantly rushed us to finish quickly, hardly giving us time to think. The store is wonderful, but this person was very rude.

Don’t like Apple stores, they are high and mighty, and over priced and pretentious. I use an iPhone, but I wish I didn’t.

We went here to get my son's phone fixed because it was stuck on Alexa and it wouldn't let us put our pw to get in the phone. Luckily they restarted the phone and it worked perfectly again. I suggest you make an appointment before going. We were out in less than an hour. The workers here are nice and friendly and it's very clean. Good experience overall.

I bought the new Apple Watch series 9 from here and they accidentally charged me twice for the same, came back here to resolve the issue and they were really helpful and made it a top priority to get my issue fixed and also gave me several options as to how I want the money back
