Toby was amazing. He spent a great amount of time educating us and has been a tremendous help in choosing a better course. We appreciate Adam for finding the best resolution for our concern and extending his time to make sure that it’s all taken cared of.

Sidney helped me make up my mind not to repair my old computer but to replace it with an upgraded version. I am glad that I did but I wish they would offer classes for setting up the computer instead of half an hour online with only two options given which are not enough.

I spent 4 hours at village pointe waiting for my phone to be fixed, my appointment was at 12:05, and I wasn’t talked to by a repair guy until 12:15 which I understand it was busy. I was in for a back glass replacement on a 13pro max which is a whole new phone minus a screen and a camera assembly to which I was told over the phone by the scheduler would only take about an hour, I didn’t get my phone back until 3:10. Than when sitting back in my car I noticed they had chipped my front glass when swapping the screen to the new rear assembly which was not notice by the techs. So back to the store I went, the guys were really cool about this and rushed it through but it still took another hour to do, so there I sat for 4 hours on a Saturday waiting for my phone to be fixed with an issue that was “an hour repair”.

Eric was amazing! He helped us with picking out or macbooks yesterday, as we were both new buying them. He told us in detail about each model and his recommendations based off of what we were going to use them for. He didn’t try to oversell us things we didn’t need, he wasn’t pressuring us to buy anything, a very good salesman. Would definitely come back to but more products in the future with this store. Thanks again Eric!

Liars and snakes work here. These so-called "technicians" are not technicians they are sales staff and that's what they are trained to do. To sell not repair. Dishonest and misleading the entire way. No integrity to hold anyone accountable. Bunch of cowards.

My Airpod Pros got stuck in their case and were damaged when they were removed. I came here to see what I could do about and when I talked to the employee he refused to listen to me and claimed I was lying and that a dog ate my Airpods I do not own a dog and my Airpods have never came into contact with a dog. He was helpful in sending them into Apple to get them looked at, which I am thankful for. However, when Apple sent them back to me, the ear tips were missing and they sent them to the wrong address, despite me having updated my address several times in the store. I understand one bad customer service experience, but 3 consecutive bad customer service experiences from the same company is outrageous and unacceptable for a billion dollar corporation.

I hate this store and this product. I spent 20+ mins trying to find this stupid store only to be told I'm late for my appt and I will have to wait longer. Then the agent tells me if I had an iPhone I would have found the place. This is why is should have never gotten airpods....screw apple.

All you would expect. Very full of customers but plenty of helpful staff around to get you served

80% of the time the service here is awful seemingly by design. They are trying to put you through their filter process to the detriment of good personable customer service.

We usually only go there for repairs or new devices, but they are always very friendly and helpful. They can usually help you very quickly. I recommend the Apple store to anybody looking for a Apple device repair or to buy new devices. The staff is always very friendly, and that also adds to an overall positive experience for us
