Apple Walden Galleria

My first time in the apple store! Made an appointment online which was great because everyone walking in were getting told there was a 2 hour wait. Was very busy inside the store as always. I was trying to get an IPAD charging port fix. They was going to order me a replacement IPAD, but I was not going to pay triple the price I paid for my IPAD originally. So unfortunately they weren't able to help me. The staff was really nice and willing to help though.

From what I noticed on my last visit, the store is very poorly managed and people are running around frantically. Also, Jonathan Battey on the sales floor has assaulted multiple women in the store and the managers let it happen and still employ him. Everyone that talks about it gets run out of the store. I would be cautious about bringing your children or going in the store alone. I have attached his face so everyone has a safe experience during their next visit.

Showed up for my appointment early. I checked to make sure that I was in their system and that I was good to wait, then proceeded to wait 45 minutes past my appointment. No one talked to me or asked me about anything. I checked in to make sure I didn’t fall through the cracks and was missed and the guy told me he’d come get me but never came. I told someone that I was leaving and to take me off the list on the way out. Worst Apple store experience I’ve had.

Top notch service. I was late to my reservation hadn’t been there before so I got a bit lost, figured I would have to wait a little longer but was called up immediately. Problem was fixed and another happy customer. Thanks!

Went to the store 2/18/2023, my Apple watch face coming off. Spoke with a women didn’t get her name she basically said this is the 3 it’s old and would cost about 200.00 to fix and just walked away. Bad customer service, I actually was going to purchase another one and inquiry on a new laptop.

I'm more of an android user but it's a nice Apple store. The staff was very kind and helpful and if I was to ever switch I'd use that store.

ABSOLUTE WORST APPLE STORE. Every time I take a device in for an issue they give me the run around why they won’t fix it. If you get even the slightest frustrated with them, they also get hot tempered at you. Their customer service skills are TERRIBLE. If you need something fixed I’d highly recommend just taking it to a 3rd party and save yourself the headache this store will give you.

The associate asked me and my partner to go wait on the other side of the store after he already reserved a $1000 phone. Never again! So thankful I don't have an apple phone!!

Sent in my laptop to fix display issue. They not only failed to fix it but also FORGOT to connect the wifi and Bluetooth parts back, so my wifi and Bluetooth don’t work. I returned the store to fix it. They fixed those but messed up my trackpad and menu bar. Now I have to go back to the store for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I live an hour drive away for a round trip to the store. Thanks.

Excellent service on launch day. I was truly impressed. Within 15 mins I got my prebooked phone and had it all set up by the helping staff. Everyone was being helped equally. It was really nice to see that.
