It used to be a nice place- but not anymore. Came to the store to upgrade my old phone at 10:15 on Friday. Store is pretty much empty. Couple of customers and bunch of employees in blue shirts with apple logo. Was greeted by employee and advised to wait couple of minutes until next associate will be available. 22 minutes later just walked out of the store. No one was available to sell me new phone. Looks like one employee was talking to the friend instead of working. At 3 pm stopped by at the same store hoping that there is more employees and they finally wake up. I was wrong! Same story. 6 customers ahead of me waiting for someone to help them while more then 7 employees were standing near by doing nothing. On my question about why it takes so long I was given an answer - order online or go to different store. Nice job!!!!
My daughter made an appointment at this location for a new battery installation in her Mac laptop. We drove 45 min to be informed that her computer is a “Vintage” model 2016 …7 years old, in otherwise PERFECT condition, said Apple doesn’t manufacture batteries for vintage models?? They referred her to a specialty repair store in Doylestown, Pa. Typical dealership, can’t fix anything, but we sell you a new one!!
I never want to go back. This was my first trip and I hope my last. I walked in for an appt the worker told me I needed an appt which was three hours away and I couldn’t leave my watch. Came back after three hours and still had to wait for the tech to just tell me they don’t fix watches and it would be sent out for service. So if that’s the case why couldn’t the first tech just take the watch. That was a waste of three hours of my life. The tech who took the watch was really nice though and they just replaced it‍
Was seen at the Genius Bar and they were pretty much useless and told me to call Apple Support instead. When I took my phone to Best Buy the next day to get it checked out, the Best Buy representative didn't understand why I wasn't told more or given more options during my appointment and told me to go to a different Apple store instead.

If I could, I will give this place not even a single star, very bad attitude of the manager, I went with my MacBook space grey, told him that it had a stain that will not go away with a wipe, so I want a replacement. First thing he told me that all MacBooks are gonna be same way and will have some discoloration over the exterior part, then he goes on I will let you exchange only for once. I found it really unprofessional but I kept my cool and said I still want replacement, then he handed it over to another specialist and he started helping and told me that I have to pay for 200$ more for taxes in order to be exchanged. Then that manager came back and started telling how I can keep this stained MacBook with defective color over the exterior part and choose not to replace otherwise pay 200$ of taxes more. I found it very offensive. How unsupportive and jerks representative Apple has at this store. Extremely disappointed, took me an hour to go back and forth to this place. Disgusting!
Stopped in to buy some AirPods today and was greeted by two very nice helpful ladies, Bethany I think that was her name .. I’m very bad with remembering names lol was very helpful explaining the differences between the three options and the service was great, I was in and out in a few minutes.
Waste of time! The only reason I'm giving this store 1 star is because they honored my appointment time. BUT they were no help at all. My Apple Care number was MIA but I had a receipt/proof of purchase. I spoke to multiple reps and senior admins on the phone who said there was an "exception", to make an appointment and my screen would be fixed. I went to the store and they told me they couldn't fix it until the case was closed. I called the reps while in the store who appeared higher up and they told the employees and their manager that there is an exception. The rep on the phone literally said "I'm not sure why they aren't helping you" "this is protocol". I left with a broken iPad and will never return to that store. I plan to try another location which is the advise the rep gave me.
Plenty of new phone choices and accessories
Walked in at 7:30pm last night with my girlfriend to look at an Apple Watch. Mark helped us out and he answered all of our questions on all the different models! We ended up leaving with two Apple Watches and ultra for me and a series 8 for my girlfriend! Great experience
