Best casual dining experience in Princeton and Bluefield. Macaroni and cheese very unique and great for light stack, a true complement to your meal, steak very good, and very tender, competes with the large steak houses, wins top choice in flavor, management very proactive with customer service. Easy atmosphere to enjoy.

Excellent service by Ashley. Ordered the all you can eat boneless wings and fries. An order of wings came out with no sauce on them, I ate some and decided to take the rest home. Our waitress had brought the check and boxes, I ask could I have a cup of Buffalo sauce, when she brought it to me she apologized and had to rerun out check because her manager had made her charge us 50 cents for the cup of sauce. I don't care about the 50 cents but when I order Buffalo wings I expect to have sauce on them, if they had sauce on them I wouldn't have needed a sauce on the side. Awesome service by Ashley but maybe the manager needs to pay more attention in making sure your wings have sauce on them instead of worrying about 50 cents when they weren't and making your waitress redo your check

I can't comment on the food personally I didn't eat it but the 13 people with me who did eat there, seemed to really enjoy it. All the food came out quickly and looked delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant. But the biggest reason for the 5 's is the staff. They are extremely polite and observant of the customers needs refill drinks and routinely checking on the guests. They are very friendly, every employee I encountered smiled and spoke to me. That is a huge plus! You don't receive that kind of service at many places these days. Great experience

The food was very good. My wife got blackened salmon, and I got the chicken broccoli fetichinni. The waitress was friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorite restaurants.Food: 5/5

I can’t say enough about my experience at Applebee’s! I ordered the classic combo appetizer as a meal and it was delicious! My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger which is his favorite. It was good as well! The service was excellent…a big shout out to our waitress, Kayla McKinney…she was wonderful! She has been our waitress on several occasions and she is always super friendly and takes very good care of us!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, medium rare with seasoned fries and ranch. 30 minutes later, I am brought a well done cold cheeseburger with cold regular fries and no ranch. I let the waitress know and she got her manager. I explained what I ordered and what I got. Got no apology, was only offered to replace with another burger. But was told dismissively “I can’t cook it medium rare.” All this after the waitress informed us before our table ordered drinks that it will be awhile because “Our bartender is slow”. Took 15 minutes for drinks to arrive. Keep in mind, this was at Noon, there were 4 other patrons in the entire restaurant.

Good service. Received a chicken Caesar salad made with cheap iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. Had so much dressing on it looked like a soup.Food: 2/5

Our first experience was great with Joey on curbsite pickup to go and we see him when we do curbsite pickup still never did us wrong. But me and my wife brought our son inside for the first time after graduation and our waitress smelled bad I'm surprised they let someone like that work there. It was hard to eat. stick to picking it up carry out
