The total experience wasn't horrible. We had a 20 minute wait to be seated, even though they were not that busy. Our waitress was very sweet, but tended to slightly disappear at times. The food wasn't bad, but the queso we ordered came with what was mainly crumbs for chips, and my husband found a small piece of plastic in his food. My entree was the star of the evening pictured. Parking: Very large parking lot. Plenty of space!
Loved coming here! It’s Labor Day and glad we got seated quick food on point our server Stephanie did her thing even though she’s the only one here serving she’s here bussing her butt. The cook fry side was on point today the four cheese honey pepper chicken tenders w the Mac was definitely delicious my rib tips was definitely good too! Y’all have a wonderful day and happy Labor Day
The service at this Applebee's has consistently been some of the worst dining experiences I've had. In general, I don't know why I keep going to Applebee's, there is always, always an issue, but I still insist on buying gift cards here on the off chance that maybe this time it'll be different. Currently here on a Saturday at 3pm, I've been here for over an hour now, with not a single thing I've ordered. It took half an hour to simply bring us waters, and sweet teas, which we only initially received one of at first, had to ask for another one, it was unsweetened, so we had to get ANOTHER one. I understand being short staffed, but is there even any effort being put into getting more people? Or the people who are here trying harder? The server keeps disappearing for 10 minutes+ at a time, and overall I am just not having a good time. Update: Food finally arrived, an hour and a half after getting here, and it was, just not enjoyable. I got the chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta, and it tasted like the cook has never used a single spice in their life. It was the blandest Alfredo I've ever had, and the broccoli tastes like it came from a can, steamed, with not even a pinch of salt on it. My partner got french onion soup as an appetizer, which was surprisingly very good, but extremely tiny. The entree they got was chicken breast with "garlicky" green beans, and 4 cheese Mac and cheese. The chicken breast was, a chicken breast, it was alright. The green beans tasted like they were great value frozen ones that were defrosted with not even a little garlic added, and the 4 cheese pasta was, very good, but also an extremely tiny portion. Basically anything that was edible came in a portion fit for a 5 year old. The server tried salvaging the trip by leaving off one of our teas and giving us large to go cups, but I swear when I use up these gift cards, Applebee's will never see me again, especially this location.
Slowest service ever. Messed up orders. Cold food when it finally arrived. At multiple points every worker was gone into the back leaving multiple tables and the bar unserved and unsupervised. We should have all left. Won't be returning. Pretty sad when you order all you can and leave hungry after two hours.Food: 2/5
The restaurant was very short staffed. Had a 15 min unless you wanted to sit at the bar. My guess dish was very watery and mine was cold. The bartender was very good and professional. Could have been better experience
The food was OK, I was excited to try the 28oz drinks. I tried the Long Island Ice Tea. It wasn't as strong as I would have hoped. But overall, the service was good. The salmon meal was ok.Food: 4/5
I'm not sure what was going on but nobody wants to work? I was making jokes about how they went on another smoke break. . The entire floor would visit and disappear for 10+ minutes. We were there for over 2 hours and still left hungry with the All you can eat. The poor guys behind us were about to start lifting the plates to their mouths because the servers wouldn't come and bring silverware.. took forever to get ketchup and only had 1 refill in 2 hours lol... I did wonder why the place isn't ever busy on a Sunday after church... well now I know.
Me and 5 other customers Waited 10-15 minutes at the door for the host to acknowledge us to be seated. Sat at the bar, drinks were weak not even a little buzz. Oriental salad was good but smaller portions size compared to previous times that I ordered it. The buffalo boneless wings were great as usual.Food: 5/5
The waiter Robin is very sweet and considerate, she made us very good drinks. She is very thoughtful of the customers, I recommend her 100%. Kid-friendliness: Very thoughtful of my kid’s desire for the food
I usually love Applebee's but I guess it depends on location. Very long wait for food. The ribs were really good. The macaroni and cheese was horrible. Didn't help that it was cold. Broccoli was almost raw. Horrible. My granddaughter did enjoy the Classic Combo appetizer. Waitress was never around.
