Applebee's Grill + Bar

I wanted to give 4 stars but I couldn't. Everything was good but not excellent. Super long wait, Almost an hour. A sign on the door said they were doing limited seating because the AC was out. But the temp was fine, didn't feel like it was out at all. Food was good, I was expecting it to be a little more "wow" but it was just good. Yhe serving was kind of small too. The margarita was served in a small wine glass, not a very big serving at all for the price. Not the worst but also not the best. I'll give them another try sometime in the future.

The food was good as expected, but the star of the show was the service. My server was Sarah D. All I can say is she was the best! Super kind, always checking in to see if I needed things. Always saw her running around, brought me refills quickly, couldn't have been more of a professional! Best server I've ever had!!! Keep people like her around!

Came for a late lunch on a Wednesday and place was pretty quiet. Kimberly was our server and she was very nice! The food was average but came out very warm which was great. The menu was a little deceiving. The 2 for $22 in bold on top tricked me into thinking I was getting a deal since it comes with a shared appetizer. Problem was I overlooked the smaller numbers above each column and didn't realize we ordered from the 2 for $26 and 2 for $28 menu. Haha not a deal breaker but bad for business. It should all be one price! Overall not a bad visit but not even close to our top choices to return.

Our service wasn't good. Man, was yawning in our faces taking our orders. Then asked if all the money was there when we paid. Food was served cold. My salad was brown, tomatoes were mushy.Food: 1/5

We dine and had a drink at the bar. Kayla our bartender not only is the reason we came back but is the model of Excellent Experiences! She is kind, professional, considerate, and we will keep coming back because of her. Everyone in the customer service industry should be mentor by her and follow her example. Thank you Kayla! Thank you Applebees for hiring great professional people like Kayla!

We have ordered twice from this Applebee’s and we will NEVER order from there again. This last time I was missing all the sauces I paid extra for, as well as the sauces that were supposed to come with meals. I ordered the fajita roll up, which had old colored, smelling, wilted lettuce. The wrap was hard as a rock and completely broken down to the point I couldn’t even pick it up. As well as was missing the side to the meal. My husband ordered chicken wonton tacos that had no meat in them. He also ordered the whisky bacon burger, which was not cooked to order, the lettuce was old as well, the onions were old, onion rings on it tasted horrid and it had a dime sauce amount of BBQ sauce. All the food was inedible and had to be thrown out. Second time ordering, issues still happening which to me speaks volumes of the management at this establishment.

Our experience was terrible. The waiter did not bring drinks and check on us. The table was sticky and they would not clean it. I ordered for my steak to be cooked medium and it was well done. I sent the steak back because it was inedible and my next steak was more overcooked. Then to pay the bill...I gave him $40 cash and then wanted to pay the rest on my card. When I got the receipt back it was for the wrong amount. Then I was charged the full amount without the $40 cash included. I ended going to the manager and she finally got it right. All around bad experience and I will not go back there again!!!

Parking was really available. Our server was helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere in this restaurant is battered and worn as it's in serious need of some repairs and updating overall. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, but lacking in aesthetic appeal. I wouldn't go to this location again until it's been remodeled or unless I had a serious craving for one of their specialties.

I remember this being the place to be. To bad it's never caught up with the times and now smells old...you know what I mean...with unclean bathrooms. Went for the all you can eat Boneless Buffalo wings and fries and never even attempted to eat alotpast the first serving. They had too much breading with hardly any chicken and tasted like freezer burned cardboard...there's a reason I stopped going but wanted to give them another shot for nostalgic reasons. Will not be going back! So disappointed

when I arrived there was only about 5 tables with customers. and it still took over an hour for my food to come out. I spoke with the manager that was not at all helpful. I let her know the spinach and artichoke dip was over salted,all we wanted was a replacement but she wanted to refund, we opted for a replacement. when my chicken Alfredo came out my chicken was burnt. they thought I was stupid, so I asked did they just cut off the charred part because it literally took 2 minutes for a replacement but it took over an hour for my food. I just thought it was funny how my mozzarella sticks and chicken which were both replacements came out within minutes. wth!! I am a cook and I know how Restaurants try to keep costs down, that's why I'm not a cook anymore. They are definitely trying to cut costs here and I know that they are breaking regulations. Another thing thier ac doesn't work so if you don't like to eat in the heat don't eat here.
