Applebee's Grill + Bar

Great service by Dillon! He was working the whole restaurant with a smile including the phones at times. The manager Henry touched every table, multiple times, very energetic. We wished we lived closer!

Had a good time with family, wasn't crowed on a Friday around 7pm was a surprise. Service was quick and cheap for a group of 5.

This particular visit was not good at all at an otherwise nice all around spot. I ordered the all you can eat riblets, shrimp and chicken strips. The fries were hot and tasty but the riblets arrived room temperature at best which I quickly pointed out to Brooke the waitress. She immediately offered to bring more. When she returned the second batch of riblets we're plentiful but again room temperature to moderately warm. It was as if they had proportioned piles of meat sitting off to the side and merely scooped them up without warming them prior to bringing them to me. Brooke offered and I accepted to try the shrimp - they were hot yet very greasy. Brooke offered to see if the manager might cook them for a third attempt to get it right. Finally, she returned with hot riblets that we're satisfactory. By that time I was hungry with no appetite after eating the greasy shrimp. Great job Brooke! Now this is why I rated this one visit so low, she said the manager was too busy to come out. Needless to say I left there hungry after ordering all you can eat. That's not right! This visit is not indicative of past visits.

Good food good service great atmosphere bartender on point

We went there recently with the family. We decided to go around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was only occupied by about 10-12 patrons, very slow for this location that we had been at quite often. We were greeted after about 10 minutes, ordered an appetizer and drinks showed up 15 minutes later. Food arrived about 25 minutes in, wrong food was brought out, and 2 of the 7 meals were overcooked and burned. Appetizer never arrived, when we asked the server he said "remind me what you ordered" we told him and he said "dang your right, I forgot to put that in" The meal that went back came back about 15 minutes later and the other 20. The drinks were never refilled, and I had to go find the waiter who was in the back talking to another waiter. For a place that we have been to a lot, this was a real disappointment. The manager asked how things were and we explained, he said "thanks for the information" no offer to comp anything or address the issue.. Not a good visit at this location.

Came here for lunch. There was absolutely no wait. We received our food in an exceptional amount of time! Of course the food is great as well. Our waitress we had is hands down the best I have ever had. She has red hair. Would definitely suggest asking for her if she's here. Will be coming back!

Parking is great, awesome location, but staffing was quite short and the food took awhile. Also the steak was almost rare when asked for well done. Waiter gladly took it back for them too grill it longer and it came back out the same. Asked for it to be corrected again and they offered a entire new steak as the replacement. Not the best but could have been worse I guess. This place never seems busy.

Hate it ! Took forever to. Get the meal we ordered and when we did they were extremely unorganized. One lady brought one of our meals and the other guy came back and took it and said its not ours, brought it to another table who then said no it's not there's and then brought it back . Unprofessional . Mixed up the water with the sprites . The worse ever . Not to mention the food was horrible

I ordered food to go. It was decently good. Nothing to write home about. What I didn’t like and was a major turn off was the cleanliness of their bathroom. The sinks were filthy, and made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant, and how clean the hands of the cooks and other people working with food were. Maybe it was an off week for them.

The food was below sub par. We ordered two meal from the 2 for 25 menu which included a appetizer and two entrees. The appearance of the place is very nice and this is no reflection of our server. She was great. The food was below average as far as quality goes. I got ribs and they were serverely over cooked. My friend got pasta with chicken strips and bacon on it. The strips were clearly pulled out of some freezer. Overall it was just bad. Nice place, good service and terrible food. We won't be going back.
