Come join us for a great meal in your neighborhood!
Applebee's. Good Food. Good People. What was once a neighborhood restaurant has grown to a restaurant in neighborhoods across North America.
Mission:
Here at Applebee’s, we like to think of our social community as an extension of our neighborhood restaurants – where you can come as you are to connect with those important in your life and discuss the food and beverage you love.
Moderation:
With that, we want to help keep these communities useful and enjoyable for all our community members. We will, at our discretion, moderate content that is not consistent with this goal. This includes foul and abusive language directed at individuals, hate speech, sexual and adult content, multiple postings of similar content, as well as unrelated spam content.
At Applebee’s, we believe in the power of community and will never remove comments simply because we may not agree with their message. All comments; positive, negative, and in between have the power to make our restaurants better and to create a better experience for the people we do it all for – you, the customer.
If you have a question about our community moderation policies or practices, please feel free to ask a member of the Apple Gold Group Community Management Team.
Privacy:
The Applebee’s Community Management Team respects your privacy. We will never ask for personal information in the open communities and will protect personal information given in private messages with the level of security it deserves.
Facebook-Specific Guidelines:
Facebook is our most active and vibrant community. We want all our fans to be able to have a voice in the community, so we came up with a few guidelines to make sure your content gets seen.
o Follow the Community Guidelines for Applebee’s Social Communities
o Do not include profanity in your posts
o Do not post the same thing over and over – this is spam and isn’t helpful to the community.
o Be nice. Remember that users on Facebook can mark your comments as not appropriate for the community, so it’s important to be a positive part of the community.
o Follow the Facebook Terms of Service.
