Slow service but that is what happens when no one wants to work. food was great so was the drinks. server was poor only seen 3 times and not that busy

Applebee's is a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, good food, and good service. The food is usually very good, with the occasional problem. Our most recent venture to the "bee's," my kids pizzas were burnt on the bottom, and they were eating only the top of it because it was so burnt. Other than that small issue, the rest of the food was exceptional. I really enjoy their quesadilla burger, but all of the food I have ordered has been very tasty. I have only ever had bad service there one time, and that waitress was not there very long. Aside from the burnt pizza, I have only ever had one bad food encounter there, and it was with some undercooked chicken that my wife got sick from I had the same thing but was completely fine. Altogether a great restaurant that is kid friendly, comfortable, and has some exceptional food that is worth the prices that they charge. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with some little puzzles and games on it, and the kids are given crayons to bedazzle it. Our waitress was very nice and all of them have been very friendly to our 2 & 4 year old children. They have high chairs if needed. Great place to bring the family out to eat.

Plenty of open tables but still had to wait 20 minutes just to be seated because '"wait staff can only wait in 4 tables at a time"?? Poor waiter had issue with the table next to us and their payment not ringing up right, and the manager was doing nothing to help him. Then waited half hour, finally got our meals and when we were getting ready to leave they finally brought out our appetizer that they lost. Didn't let us change our sauce for the second round of wings, and waited alot for drink refills. All because a manager doesn't know how to take care of and help his wait staff.

We ordered a meal for our entire family. Kids ate corn dog and Mac and cheese. I had the Cajun steak and my wife had the 5 cheese Mac and cheese. We also ordered beer pub pretzels and the Cheetos cheese bites. Cheetos cheese bites were awesome. Mac and cheese was fine but the rest of the meals were bad. My steak I ordered medium rare and it was very well done and chewy. The corn dog was cold in the middle. The 5 cheese Mac and cheese chicken was way overcooked and dry. The worst though was the beer pub pretzels. My god those things were cooked so long that they were crunchy hard on the ends and the middle was like chewing rubber! Yuck!

Food was decent this trip. The Clubhouse grill was excellent and the guys enjoyed their burgers. Waitress was very attentive and cordial. Only thing that wasvoff was apparently the heat ... we were freezing even with our jackets on.Food: 4/5

First time at this Applebee's, my wife and I after a long day watching my son at wrestling tournament stopped. Struck up a conversation with a guy sitting next to us about football. We ordered,ate, went to pay the bill. Was already paid????? We were dumbfounded. I asked who paid, bartender said she couldn't say, person that paid didnt want to be known. I have never had that happen, had to be 85 bill, both had steak, I had bunch of beer. Anyway, I figure it was the guy we spoke with, to you sir, thank you so much, gives me hope for humanity. An, to business owner, meal was on point, and great service from Whitney, bartender. Thanks so much.

I had a burger this time and it surprise me totally. The meat was well done and still juicy. The waitress was a very friendly young lady and I thank her for serving my wife and I plus I got a military discount without asking for it. Now that is enough for me to return back just because they recognize me as a veteran for which I am so grateful to be.

The service was great, but the food and drinks were very mediocre. It had been years since I went into an Applebee's and I was reminded why during this visit. The food was nothing special and the drinks were pretty sweet. The only saving grace was the great service.Food: 2/5

Had a party of 8. Food was good and didnt take long. Drinks were good, other than having to ssk for silverware the service was great. Good prices.Food: 5/5
