Got there around opening time. Ordered and all, about 3 families of bigger parties came after us, we hadn’t got our food but yet then they did and still left before us. Our was good was taking way too long when it was only me and my husband. The food we ordered wasn’t food that you’d think would even take long. Once we asked how munch longer til our food was out they practically took it out to us as if had been waiting on the side for a really long time. For it to also not to be satisfied with it. Opening time is at 11am we didn’t get the food til 12:40ish.
I had the unlimited boneless wings. Horrible, each one was hard and super dry. Tried another flavor and was the same. Service was really slow . Only thing good was the mixed drink with teremana. . This place continues to disappoint. Need to stop giving them chances..
Great food and service. Don't like the loud music near the bar so we transferred to their another dining area and enjoyed our dinner.
Great service!! Our server was more than good he was excellent. It was busy but he had so much energy, he brought our drinks and appetizers fast and then brought our food. Also they have improved so much in the quality of their entrees. I will definitely go back soon.Food: 5/5
Food was meh except the wonton tacos, which were exceptional. They must place some kind of spell so they don't immediately fall apart once you bite into them. Bourbon chicken and shrimp was a very small portion and was just barely above room temperature. My margarita wasn't anything special. I had to eat at the bar because the wait was over an hour, which I guess is to be expected for a Friday night and located right next to a movie theater.
Awesome service, Amado was our waiter and what a great service he provided! Food was delicious and can't complain about happy hourFood: 5/5
Glad to see restaurants are opening back up. My daughter decided we should have lunch here before we start our outing. Luckily for us this location was not crowded. We were seated immediately. YAY! Our waitress was very attentive and inviting. Everyone had their masks on and social distancing. We felt safe eating at Applebess’s. Our food was hot, fresh & delicious. We enjoyed our meal, we will definitely return.
This was a last minute thing. My son took me to Applebee's . I was shocked, I just got my purse and sweater and off we went. Very nice and clean, they seat you right away. Did not have to wait for a seat. Food was very good and drinks were well made. This was the Applebee's in Montebello, CA.Food: 5/5
Ordered just basic ribs. They were, unfortunately, burnt/chared. They didn't even ask to be replaced or even taken off the bill. They just said $20 off, that that was the best they could do. No really good customer service, but, hey, what do you expect from a chain restaurant like this. Never went for dinner there for a reason, and never will I go spend money there ever in my life again.
When for a long overdue GURRRLS lunch! Alfred our server, the food, drinks, and the rest of the staff were wonderful! As you can see from the pics I hadn't been there in OVER a year near Halloween with my sons too!
