I don’t always give 5stars only when it’s warranted. We went to Applebees late night and enjoyed the late night prices with drinks and appetizers. Sheesh the itis set in before we left. Food was good.Food: 5/5

Loved our server shots out to Emily she is on point introduced herself right away. She is  very friendly and kind. She brought our food and drinks  exactly as we ordered it . Great listener extremely attentive. Awesome to see she cares about her job. This day started as any other ,but I was so happy to see they hired a special needs employee . No discrimination here he looked so happy cleaning tables and pulling up the window blinds. Too cute! Keep it up ...I too have an adult down syndrome brother.   By the way we haven't seen Amanda lately a shot out to her as well. Love this Applebee's! We always feel welcomed. Thank you!

Whoever cooked the Bourbon Street Shrimp and Chicken today. Thank you it was satisfying !! Plus y'all cut it for me ! Thank you it was a excellent dish from this restaurant!! So generous as usual holding doors for customers and over experience was excellent!! Never had a experience like that from a restaurant!! Somebody put their all in today , it definitely showed today. I was here two days ago and I enjoyed the service, food, and my meal. I got the strawberry  balsamic chicken salad and it was delicious plus I just started eating alot healthier and I'm glad they have some healthy options. I didn't use all my dressing and it was still delicious. :Food: 4/5

Visiting my aunt yesterday and took her out to Applebees.  We both had salads which seemed to never end.  When you think that you have put a dent in it you see you haven't.   Very fresh ingredients and great customer service. Listen if you're in the area please pay them a visit.  You won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5

First I want to state that this has been my Applebees preferred location with my family for the pst 8 years. We visit on average 5-10 times a year.  Generally we have good experiences, but last night we had one of the worst experiences.  When we arrived I asked them if they do anything for birthdays. Yesterday was my daughters 12th bday. The host was very polite and seated us saying he will let the waitress know. Then about 10 minutes after being seated a hispanic male in a red t-shirt walked up and told us they no longer do the bday walk ups since the beginning if covid.  I understood the change and went about the rest of my meal. Moments later another family across the restaurant had a bday and the staff were performing a bday walk up. I thought to myself “thats messed up to deny a little girl but entertain a grown adult  instead”.  Well the so called manager came back ti me and told me “ So sorry for you to see that,I yelled at my staff in the back for doing that walk up, we will honor your earlier request because of that.”  I obviously agreed to it because I wanted my daughter to experience it, but it took away the surprise and felt like pity than customer service.  We continued on with our meal and ice filled cups with a spritz of specialty drinks from the bar for my wife, which came in the wrong size glass and was not chilled. So the glass was warm and melted the ice quickly watering down the drink.  Once we finished our entrees we got the walk up, and continued to eat our deserts.  Then my daughter found a chunk if meet in her chocolate cake. At that point we told the waitress , nothing came of it so we paid and left.  I hope they improve some time soon and see this post to to make the proper corrections.

My husband and I come here like twice a month, however Saturday was the worse experience we ever had. Tyler the server we had took our order however he did not write our food order down. Our appetizer comes and that was fine. Then our entrees came and it was messed up, my husband had ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and when his sandwich came it was super dry and it had pickles. I order the bourbon steak with shrimp and my sides were loaded mashed potatoes and french fries I got the chicken and shrimp parmesan with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I told him that it was wrong and he stated oh I’m so sorry and 10 mins later he comes back with my order the steak with shrimp were good however he got my one of my sides wrong again, he brought me back loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli with an obnoxious tones he said “Is this better for you” we paid $63 bucks for an order that was completely wrong. We love coming here barely anyone here and it’s always nice and quiet after a long day of work all I wanted was quiet and to enjoy dinner.

Got to love happy hour. We go here before concerts in camden nj.  Half price apps . The food was great and the staff were nice.Food: 5/5

I was blown away by the food and service. The grilled chicken breast is a gift for the soul. Seared to perfection, phenomenal seasoning. Unforgettable. Tyrell was extremely attentive and friendly. He helped de-escalate my four year old by offering a free birthday ice cream just to help stop the crying. We will definitely be back.
