Applebee's Grill + Bar

Was served raw chicken and the business believed that a $10 discount was enough to compensate potentially poisoning my entire family. In addition, they had the same boneless wings written twice on the reciept despite the only wings we ordered being a part of the 2 for 30 deal, meaning it should have been free. Why they rang it up then cancelled it beyond me but it screams sketchy.

Dear Management Team, My Family dined in Saturday August 19th around 8 8:30 pm . The young man who was the Host made no effort to ensure the Tables were cleaned off and the Booth with the French Fries all over on the floor swept up before seating the poor women with a Newborn baby and 3 year old girl. I did report it and your wonderful Hard working Servers took care of it. My suggestion is be aware of your cleanliness Parking: Parked right away

I really enjoyed my pasta dish. The cheese sauce was scrumptious. Michelle is a great waitress - checked in with us, refilled drinks and was nice. Clean, comfortable booth. Enjoyed our appetizer also.Food: 5/5

Steak was the worst I've ever had. Mashed potatoes were thin and flavorless. Broccoli was the only palatable part of the meal. The wait staff was attentive and the only positive part of the experience. I remember when Applebee's was a nice place to dine. Sadly after my last 2 experiences I don't believe I will return to one again.Food: 1/5

Allison was great. Only waitress on duty at Hastings location. Manager was awesome also. Great job in horrible circumstances!!!Food: 5/5

The Fiesta Lime Chicken is to die for!!! The servers are the nicest ladies I have ever met. GOOD ENERGY throughout the dining experience!Food: 5/5

Admittedly, I stopped going to all Applebee's for several years because the quality had slipped, and it was disappointing. We decided to stop in after our walk and had an enjoyable dinner and a couple of drinks. The food was great and the service was excellent! I'm not sure if they are all good, but Hastings is worth a visit.Food: 5/5

We stopped here between lunch a supper time and it was packed!! Appears to be short staffed, because our server was acting as hostess, too. She forgot our appetizer, so took that off the bill. Food was good, but we waited over half an hour for burgers and chicken. Server never did have time to check on our drinks or offer refills. Please try to hire additional staff before summer hits and you're slammed! Kid-friendliness: Nice variety of options for kids meals
