Worst experience for ever, Worst customer service and management. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal customer service I recently experienced at your establishment. Unfortunately, I must state that it was by far the worst customer service I have encountered in a restaurant. Upon entering the premises, I was greeted with indifference by the staff, who seemed disengaged and uninterested in attending to customers. Their lack of enthusiasm was immediately apparent, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a patron. It is disheartening to see such disregard for basic customer service principles. Furthermore, the wait time for my food was excessively long, despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded. Customer service plays a pivotal role in the success of any establishment, and it deeply saddens me to witness such a disregard for this crucial aspect of running a restaurant. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism, none of which were evident during my recent visit to your establishment. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the evident flaws in your customer service. Improving staff training, fostering a culture of exceptional service, and ensuring consistent quality are paramount to restoring the reputation and credibility of your restaurant. We love the $30 lunch for 2. We had the Mozzarella fried cheese for an appetizer. My husband had the broccoli chicken Alfredo pasta and I had the 3 cheese chicken penne pasta. Of course we each got a breadstick as well. All delicious and the servings are so huge we brought mist if it home. We will get about 5 more meals from our leftovers. Great food at a good price and the service was excellent.

Food is consistently good. Service is very good. The restaurant just doesn't know whether it wants to be a sports bar, grill, or full menu restaurant. Sometimes noisy sometimes quiet. I prefer the quiet. We love the 2 for $25 menu.Food: 4/5

It's a nice place. The margarita was real good. But the food... Yeah tasted like they just stuck it in the microwave. Pretty bad. We took the salmon and the bowl with the rise chicken, beans and some Greens. The only good thing was the broccoli. Even the mash potatoes tasted like it was a powder with some hot water and peals of potato.

Just middle of the road on all aspects. Food was filling, but nowhere near satisfying. The service was sufficient, but would like a little more attentiveness. The restaurant was very cold and that made it unpleasant to dine in when you're freezing.Food: 3/5

Food was dry. Sent back ribs because they were so dry. My husband didn't eat while my order, chicken burbon shrimp dinner was also dry. I ate it, the flavor was great, just dry. It was unfortunate.Food: 4/5

My neighborhood bar. It does not matter where I go, you are always there. For this visit, no doubt, 5 stars. We love going for happy hour. Wonton Taco's and boneless wings, you can't go wrong.Food: 5/5
