We and had the 2 for $30 with the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, came sizzling which was entertaining and also kept the food quite warm during our conversational dinner. The waiter, Dorian was very polite and when we asked about dessert he suggested the brownie bite that was super delicious and also a budget friendly option. We will definitely be back at this location as no matter what time we come, it’s always great service.
Aesthetic 8/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Service 7/10 Pricing 8/10 Accessibility 10/10 Our server's name was Maya and she was, first and foremost, one of the nicest server's I've come across. We came as a group of 8 at around 1130pm so especially given the situation, I'm pleased with how she and the other employees treated us. She was transparent and explained the reason why our orders were taking so long was because they only had 1 cook. I can very much appreciate her communication with the wait and other mistakes she made. She did mess up 1 of our tabs and forgot what our orders were but this late at night, on a weekend... I can understand. Restaurant was clean and so were the tables and chairs.
All I got to say is everything was way better than expected. The food was delicious and flavorful couldn't get enough. The waitress was excellent. She made sure our drinks were filled and checked on us to be sure everything was OK and to our liking. The manager on duty that was was just as courteous as the waitress and even joked with us. We can't wait to go again and try some of their other food. Definitely a good place to eat.

We enjoyed a fun lunch with delicious onion rings as an appetizer. Unfortunately, they were out of riblets on the 2/$22 menu and didn't have a substitution available. Also, their idea of meat temps is one level lower. So I ordered a medium-cooked burger, and it came out rate to medium-rare. However, they completely recooked my burger and it came out perfectly medium-well, juicy, and delicious! All of the other meals were perfect!
Has become one of my favorite spots. We usually go in the afternoon/early evening. So far it's been pleasantly quiet every time we've been. The service has been excellent, even when the kitchen was short staffed last time we went, we got our orders in a timely fashion. Shawn was AWESOME! and the manager Brittany was very sweet. The cinamon bites were great. Sadly we did have very cold chicken and I overheard the general manager being rude to the bartender who was just trying to take a break and then the bartender had to go back to working even tho he barely got to eat anything. Also saw a waitress crying so clearly poor management from him. Again Shawn and Brittany were great! I'd still be back, had great service last time I was here prior to this
The service was sloooww! From greeting us at the door to taking our order. Even bringing out the food. The location was not busy by any means and I can totally understand if they were short staffed or something beyond control.... However, this was so not the case! As well, it also seemed as if everything was watered down a bit. The salad dressing and the sodas and the food seemed one sided - if that makes any sense.... like my husband's fries were freshly made and super hot while his ribs were just above room temperature. The cheese on my dish was particularly favored to for the most part; one side. Just a mention. Nothing to tragic or extreme.
Our granddaughter had to send her steak back 3 times. It wasn't cooked well done. My husband's burger was barely cooked and the bacon on the burger was part raw. Ot tasted bad. Our son brought these to the manager's attention. He came to the table and was pretty much unresponsive. Seemed to be in a daze and offered no resolution. Wow some way to treat vets or anyone on Veterans Day!!!
I went in at 2:45 on a Thursday, not usually a busy time for restaurants. Food was the same here as it is at any other Applebees. Madison, the bartender, had about 8 tables to herself plus two bar guests and she did a wonderful job. The host also did a great job, helping her bus tables and getting drinks for tables. However the three stars are for the two managers who did nothing to help. One ran one tables food. This is not the first time I've seen hardworking servers, bartenders and hosts at this location with little to no support from management. Management needs to step up.
