I ate here around 5PM today. When we got there we had a 10 minute wait even though most of the tables were empty. After we got seated we were not expecting the food to be great. Come to find out, they only had 3 cooks working today. Even with only 3 cooks the food came out amazing and quickly. The only issue we had was I got a cup of sauce and it came out cold. I let our server know and she immediately went back to the kitchen and made sure it was warmed up. I was not expecting great service or food due to how most dine in restaurants are currently. I don't know what Applebee's has done to change, but it is amazing!!
Amazing place, first time that I remember ever being in there and it's all cause my buddy works there and he always finds a way of working where the food, ppl, and atmosphere of the place is so good. Absolutely love the food I ordered from there I'd recommend it definitely Food: 5/5
Ate lunch here with my cousins. Food was awesome and huge servings. Had enough for next day. Waitress wad excellent and attentive.Food: 5/5
The waitress was amazing. The food was good. The only fault I had was it was so cold in the restaurant. They had the air on and it's 47° and rainy. Not a pleasant experience.
Did the all you can eat $14.99 . Good deal plenty of food. The server was very pleasant. I wish I could remember his name.Food: 4/5
I worked there for a month and I only got 1 check from them which was $26 and I worked 7 hour shifts 5 days of training and they never paid me for the whole week of my training. By far the worst place to work at, the manager there are always in a bad mood, I said thank you to a manager multiple times and he didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, he straight up ignored me multiple times.
We LOVE Applebee's, and will continue to visit this location. The service was, as always, excellent, and the management is very efficient and customer oriented. They have staff shortages in the kitchen, and our food took quite a while, and was cold when we got it. We did not complain, simply informed Bryan, our server, and he had it reheated. We left a good tip, shook his hand, and will ask for him the next time we eat there. We have no hard feelings, and will definitely be back. I only mentioned the food being cold because I didn't want anyone to think I was complaining about the quality of the food.
I LOVE Applebees, they have several great dishes but lord at the poor customer service. From taking a order to serving!!!! The drive thru if the worst. Never fails they never have all my food in the bag, by the time you have to check your order, ask for what they left out and pay curbside….I could have already dined in! The location has went down hill soooo bad over the years. Needs some change. Now.
The "fall off the bone ribs" were anything but. They were tough! The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like there were no garlic at all. Very disappointing meal. No longer have the desire to eat at the Guntersville, AL Applebee's!!!!
OMG where do I begin. This had to be the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. First off I ordered Hennessy and they was out which I was not told and I was served what they wanted me to have which was bottom shelf. My food was not made right at all broccoli was HARD HARD HARD after I requested it be triple steamed. Wait staff was incompetent as far as the operations of the restaurant orders, very very slow and dispicable service and to top of off I WAS SICK FOR 2 DAYS after I ate the food. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN..
