Our server was very rude and she was high! You could tell clearly!!! She missed up our order twice and kept forgetting what we ask her for, she never checked on us and the food took forever to come out, we called another server and asked for a manager and they said manager is not here today. The food was very disgusting and came out cold and dry!
I waited over 10 minutes just to have to ask for the manager to take my order. I ordered a medium Ribeye and I received a well done piece of meat with inedible sides. The only good thing about this whole experience was Madison the hostess. She needs to move on to a quality restaurant. Stay far away from this one. You have been warned.
I came here for lunch with my friend and we had such a lovely time. We both got salads because we're watching our calories, and they were delicious. The chicken was grilled just right, and plenty of greens and fruit in it, too! Our waitress was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed!Food: 5/5
Came in here and the place was near empty. The hostess told us it would be a 45 minute wait for a table?? Confused cause there were 50 tables open. Either way, the last time we came in to eat, the hostess said, I don't know if you wanna wait or not cause we barely have any employees here today so you might not want to eat here! What, really? Basically telling customers to leave. They obviously need better management because they are not upholding the Applebee's name. Pretty disappointing.
'All you can eat boneless wings' - ad special. Wings half size of old regular / 'happy hour' wings. but all you can eat..asked for Xtr xtr crispy fries BUT came soggy not crispy sent 2 orders back / 3rd order not much better, cole slaw - very good / should be all you can eat, too. hope the bwings aren't sold at 'happy hour' -to small. 10% Senior discount... Selena was an excellent server highly attentive, friendly and funny. She made sure or drinks stayed full and made sure To get us everything we needed in a timely manner. 10/10 recommendFood: 5/5
Tuesday's are the best day to go for lunch right now. School is in so very few children. Otherwise, later in the day when school is out, kids eat for $1.99. so it gets very busy. That's a great price for a child's meal. They have a Special Monday - Friday.
Good food. Clean restaurant. Some staff could use some work. Inexperienced staff I could over hear them talking about each other not doing their fair share of work. Some appeared to be over worked/tired. But my server was awesome. She did a good job no complaints. Food was great though. Went early around 3pm on Easter weekend. It wasn't busy. Overall it was a nice date.
I had a great experience here! Everything was perfect. We ordered some alcoholic drinks, and they were amazing and came out super fast. The service was also great. Great family friendly restaurant.Food: 5/5
I had the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp with w/fries and a strawberry and pineapple mojito. Even though they were really busy our waitress was still very attentive.Food: 5/5
