I don't know who is in charge of this location, or who the management staff is. Whoever is in charge needs to hire a lot more staff who are willing to work their designated shift. We arrived on a Sunday evening. I was excited to see a few cars in the parking lot because I took that to mean that there would be no wait. I was sorely mistaken. Upon entering the restaurant, there were very few customers, and a restaurant full of empty tables. However, the host informed us that there would be a 20 minute wait. We quickly assessed that there had to be a lack of staff because there were plenty of empty tables. As we waited, the host informed us that there was only ONE server for the entire restaurant! We saw customers come in, wait a few minutes, and leave when they saw the lack of staff. Yes, this Applebee's lost a lot of potential business from what I could see because of a severe lack of staff. Just as we made a decision to go to another restaurant, the host told us that our table was ready. Our table was not ready because the host cleaned the table as we stood and watched him put the condiments back in the container on the table, and watched him wipe the table with his shirt sleeve. By the time we were seated, a second server was added to the shift, and he was our server. Our server provided great service. We placed our order, and received our food in about 30 minutes. Our food and drinks were good. Despite the lack of staff, our experience was ok. However, if management doesn't pull it together to fix their staffing issue, I don't see this location lasting for too much longer.
Staff was super friendly and attentive to us. The food was good, the French onion soup, and boneless wings were fantastic. Joshua was our server and was on top of everything we needed at the table. Tasha was the kitchen manager and checked with us on the dishes coming out. Parking: Plenty of parking when we were there.
Thank God for Liz and Tasha. They was so so nice to me and my sister. I will love to come back for them to serve us again. Thank God for the couple that paid for our food name Christy Brown. And I found out we played basketball in our younger day. But thank you for Liz and Tasha with their personality.Food: 5/5
Waited 20 minutes extra for cold food. Manager came out and said they only had one server and one bartender... I don't understand why that means I have to wait 40 minutes total for old cold food... not to mention no plastic ware when requested and no sauces. Boo Food: 2/5
Went for dinner last night. The food isn’t as good as I expected but wasn’t completely terrible. I’m my opinion, Applebee’s is now just a go to spot for appetizers and drinks. I didn’t eat most of my salad and the manager was more than accommodating and understanding. Our server was new, but still gave us exceptional service. Service was not the problem. It was the food. The baby back ribs were dry and mostly bones. Also ordered The four cheese Mac with the honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were great, the pasta was incredibly terrible and unseasoned. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad was too tart for me. I also ordered the new Tipsy Shark margaritas. It was sweet and wasn’t strong at all. Wouldn’t get it again but can’t complain because it was only $7. However, we really enjoyed the appetizer platter that came with spinach dip, boneless wings, cheese sticks and quesadillas.
They have great specials and wonderful salads. Very clean and friendly polite employees.Food: 5/5

Been here for over an hour and the waitress just told me that she hasn't even told them the right order yet so we're leaving totally awful.Food: 1/5
My husband and I went for a late night meal and had a pretty decent time. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. The general manager went around and made sure every guest was well taken care of. The drinks we ordered were tasty as strong and the food was good. We were lucky to receive a free appetizer aside from the one we ordered because of a system reboot.
The staff was simply amazing. The manager, by the name of Tasha, was polite, energetic, and overall a good hostess! She made us laugh and even compensated for any inconvenience that was caused. Our server Malani, was simply a joy to have as well. She was prompt and always willing to make suggestions for food choices. 5 stars across the board. We will definitely be back!
