We had a AWESOME time with our waiter JEN this even. Our food was very good and hot, everything was correct, the wait time was minimal 10mins. Ask for JEN SHES THE BEST !! Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with coloring section. Kids food is good !
Sherry gave us the best service we have ever had at Applebees. Everything was amazing. Our drinks were refilled, our appetizers came out in a timely matter and the food was perfect. We ordered a decent amount at our 4 top but everything was on point. The chef did a great job on our food as well. We left very happy and our stomachs satisfied. Thank you for the excellent service yesterday evening!
31 dollars & I left still hungry & dissatisfied. 1st, the restaurant wasn't the cleanest, I get it, they were busy, but that bathroom was gross. Urine all over the floor puke in the standing stall, gross.... I almost left, had I not work all day & desperately wanted to eat. I go to my table & my soda & silverware was taken. The waitress forgot to write my order down & had to re-ask my order. Got my check without even finishing my steak. Wanted a desert but got rushed out. Waitress stood by waiting for me to pull out my payment. The experience was awful. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, not a sit-down restaurant. The only saving grace was that the food was good. The potatoes were excellent & my steak was exactly medium rare. The cook was on point. Unfortunately, it will not save it for me to return. This was probably the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had.
Food has gotten a lot better. Service is great. The cinnabon mini dessert is of the devil... lol.Food: 5/5
The atmosphere is disgusting, I literally felt uncomfortable sitting in the booth because it was beyond filthy. All of the booths looked like they came from a trash pile. I don't know what grade they have but I'm interested in figuring that out. Our waitress was a delight but I asked her to advise the management about the disgusting atmosphere. I will NEVER return!
The restaurant was at least half empty. We were seated fairly quickly. We were a party of 4. We ordered the chips and queso app which took 30 minutes to get and the chips were stale. Two of us ordered the boneless wings, 1 ordered the appetizer sampler, and the other ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. At the 50 minute mark we still had nothing besides the stale chips. Other tables that had came in after us and ordered wings also had gotten there’s. So we asked to speak to the manager. At this point I didn’t want to argue or get anything for free I simply just wanted the check for the sodas and chips. Well the manager stood at the table for 4 minutes and proceeded to say the food was ready and give several reasons why our food was taking so long. I continued to be firm on just getting the check so we could leave and he wanted to give us free food and say he would do whatever to make it right. I told him if that is the case please just give me the check for the app and drinks. He still would not give me the checkI just wanted the check so i could tip the server, because I felt like none of this was really her fault and she had been very friendly. After asking for the check again he said no that we could just leave. On a side note, i would think if the food had been ready it would have probably come in the time he stood there arguing with me, but it never came. I know places are short staffed and most are doing the best with what they have, but the manager was just terrible. All he had to do to let me leave on a good note was give me the check when I asked for it, but instead he wanted to waste even more of my time arguing with me.
Went yesterday for “All you can eat wings”. Sticky table and waitress acted like it was a bother for her to take our order. After 1st refill, she asked if we were ready for the check! I was like it’s all you can eat I am sure we will be getting more plates. She responded that we can only get 3 refills? I am like this is my first. She obviously didn’t want to have to bring us anymore plates! Horrible service, decent food, sticky table!
Service sucked. Me for one person was there for almost two hours waiting. Waited for silverware even after sking. Waited a while for each plate and waited a while for the check. UPDATE: SHIRLEY AND ANOTHER WAITRESS MADE THINGS RIGHT AND SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER, FOOD WAS HOT, EVEN THE TABLE AFTER I FINISHED EATING WHERE MY PLATE WAS ALSO WAS STILL HOT. I WILL ONLY GO BACK IF THE ONE WAITRESS AND SHIRLEY IS WORKING. THEY ARE GREAT, ATTENTIVE AND OVERALL AMAZING.
It had been a while since we had been to our local Applebee's. We were seated quickly, and had a server very quickly. Our order was taken and our drinks and salads were brought out in a nice amount of time. Took a very long time for our meals to arrive, and he had to ask the waitress about it and the waitress said "oh you didn't get your food yet?" Luckily the food was brought out very hot as it should be, but towards the end of the meal he realized his Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was missing the shrimp after he saw my plate with the shrimp. We told the manager and she brought shrimp and then credited our check 20% Which we thought was quite nice. Overall it was a very nice meal but just a little all over the place. Will not keep us from going back.
I'm currently sitting in having my meal. We arrived at about 6:40pm. Our waiter had to ask us if we had been helped. He took our order and shortly after brought us our drinks. He followed not long after bringing our appetizer which was the Spinach dipwhich tasted like liver. It's 7:41pm and we just got our food 5 minutes ago. My fiancé order the 4 cheese mac ans cheese pasta with honey pepper tenders. It came with what was supposed to be 3 tenders but truthfully it was one tenders and 2 nuggets. Not once in the process of waiting for our food did our waiter check on us or let us know whether they was backed up, I had to ask. When he brought the food both of our drinks was practically gone and we did not receive the first refill. We was not pleased AT ALL. We will not be coming here again. Our waiter was William. The most we seen him was when I asked for the check and a box. I gave 2 stars just to be nice.
