Rachel made the eating experience enjoyable,,right on time with all of our drinks and her suggestions were on point. Would highly recommend coming to this location and asking for her. She is a shining star here!!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Set up for at least 35" clearance

It was nice to find an Applebee's that's properly run. Friendly staff from the moment you walk through the doors. Customer service was awesome and very satisfied with our visit. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Oh, did I mention the food was delicious? Some of the better service I have had at a chain restaurant. Staff is clearly well trained and care about their jobs. Over a hour away from my house but I will come back again.

Stopped for lunch yesterday. For was okay, as expected. Our waitress however was phenomenal. High marks, 5 stars to Lisa H. She was right there when we seated for our drink order, great suggestions, food was hot when it came out, quick replenishment of the wings and made sure to stop by every few minutes to see how everything was and did we need anything. Thank you Lisa H!

Our family visits the area every summer and we will ONLY dine here because the staff is outstanding, especially Victoria. Her warm and attentive service was awesome! Robin, the manager is exceptional. You can tell her leadership flows into the staff. We look forward to our future visits.Food: 5/5
