The Azusa Pacific University Libraries' Educational Programming and Outreach department provides educational support through grant programs and events.
The Educational Programming and Outreach department of APU's Libraries oversees the following educational programs and events at this time:
-Keeping History Alive (grants for K-12 history teachers in Los Angeles County)
-Bringing STEM to Life (grants for K-12 STEM teachers in Los Angeles County)
-STEM Day at APU (event allowing students in 1st-12th grades to partner with APU professors and students in a day of STEM classes structured around Boy Scout and Girl Scout badge requirements)
-History Day L.A. at APU (L.A. County event hosted on APU campus with APU providing re-enactors and hands-on historical activities)
-Math Field Day (L.A. County event hosted on APU campus)
-Teacher workshops (2 per year on various historical topics using APU's Libraries' Special Collections)
-U.S. Constitution exam (online challenge exam for CA teacher credential candidates)
-Classical Conversations Parent Practicum (annual conference for homeschoolers hosted on APU campus)
