Aqua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa

I did not stay at the Resort it was a stop of for a couple of hours. The casino was very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff I had interacted with was very professional and nice. I was on a quick business trip, and maybe some time in the future would consider a more lengthy term stay at the Resort. As for now I can not give a full and complete review and that is why I gave it 4 stars on the portion I was able to encounter. The location is easy to find but the entrances are a bit constricting as is some of the parking areas. It did not seem overly busy so it wasn't a big problem with that at that time. I would venture a guess that the rooms and Resort in a large part is probably as good as the portion I did visit, but that would just be a guess and not a definitive thought.

Conveniently located close to the freeway, a good jumpoff wherever you're going. The rooms are large and orderly and service is something you can't complain about. The covered parking structure is attached to the hotel proper so this is very convenient especially when it's raining. There's one main restaurant steak, one other restaurant and one food court next to the casino. In the food court, there's four outlets where guests can either order to go or dine in. More of like a fast food place. I haven't been to the steak restaurant but the other restaurant, Waters Cafe, it's a great place to enjoy a meal. They have good variety of salad, soup, dessert, seafood and meat. And the service is great.

Great casino and hotel. Came for a comedy show and the venue was awesome theater compared to the Morongo banquet room facility. The Casio was very clean and they have a very good ventilation system. I am sensitive to smoke and I wasn't bothered at all during our stay. We ate at the poolside diner and were very happy with the staff and the food. We found a new spot to cone and get away for a weekend.

I really enjoyed my stay! The pool and spa were very nice. The wet bar was nice. It didn't have any food/snacks though. Definitely would have made the pool more fun if little things like chips and salsa or mozzarella sticks or something. I probably would have threw my money at them at that point! The casino was super nice and just felt clean. I think it was probably due to the non smoking policy. I loved that policy and made the casino bearable. There wasn't food available in the later hours of the night. I thought that was strange since the casino is open 24 hours. They did have a cigar room, for people that are into that. I didn't go in, but it looked very nice. I loved their open Swarovski store! I actually bought a watch and figurine. Very convenient! The housekeeping staff were amazing! Probably the best part of the trip! Every time I went back to my room, my clothes that I threw on the bed/couch/floor looking for outfits would be folded on the bed. The chocolate squares they leave on the nightstand were replenished, etc. Before I got back to my room in the evening, all the same, plus I had a new pair of slippers and robe on the bed waiting for me! It was a very lovely stay!

I'm a poker player. The poker room was very friendly and the staff was great. Not a whole lot of players though, during the area's off season. The casino itself is a great place to flirt with older women and likewise for women, meet attractive young men. Good casino.Service: 5/5

This is a very nice resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with killer views. The restaurants and bars are top class. The slot machines were a disappointment this trip. I don't mind losing, if I get to play for a while. This trip the machines just sucked our money in with barely a small jackpot to make it fun.Rooms: 5/5

well I was the lucky winner of $21,000 there recently & if I can do it so can you. I won that jackpot at the slots they have at the gas station across the street from the casino because I liked the Idea of less crowds and a clear & obvious exit in case I was losing too much so it worked out for me. they never really tried to comp me a room to stay there, and lose all the money wich confused me but am grateful for. it did take them quite a while at least it seems like a long time when your waiting to get paid to pay me out seeing as it wasn't the main casino and such large amount but 3hrs later I was 20 grand richer. thinking of heading out there this weekend.

In all honesty we came for a work trip, and came to the casino just for dinner. We tried to roam around after but left too soon due to the fragrance/fresheners. Such a headache after... it's visually pretty but if we come back this way I'll probably find an entrance near the steakhouse or Café. Nancy at the Cafe was AMAZING, her suggestions were great and I'd return solely to see her. Food & drinks: Nancy from the Café was phenomenal.

Very nice casino, decent sized, average food selection but an excellent steakhouse. Decent selection of slots and table games, very small poker room. Nice pool and spa area. Free parking and good promotions.

Was there last night, big casino with lots and lots of machines. Many places inside to choose to eat from. A little too crowded for my liking but it was a holiday weekend. I don't know what it's like other days but like I said. Just way I am. I would suggest going there. Beautiful building, only went for a few hours did not stay there. Safety: I had no problem, felt plenty safe. Food & drinks: Lots of little places to choose to eat from.
